The young woman that took us on the tour at Villa De San Antonio was very helpful. She took her time and was much more leisurely. She invited us to have lunch, but we could not do that since we were going to the other facility. We were very happy with her and she was very informative. The facility is about 17 years old. So, it's not as updated and lush as the others, but it was clean and nice. One thing I liked about it was that before you move into an apartment, you have a choice of either carpeting or vinyl flooring. I think carpeting with a wheelchair or walker, as the time comes, would be a hazard. So I appreciate that. Being Catholic, we were really happy that it's a Catholic facility and that they offer daily mass as well as Sunday mass. They also have a pool, an exercise room, and a theater, and they do day trips and shopping trips.

We had an in-person tour of Villa De San Antonio. We had lunch there and the food was excellent. Everybody that we talked to seemed to be very impressed with the quality of the food. We talked to a number of different people there, and they were all very, very happy with the place. The units inside the building were a good size, and they would probably be adequate for us. The thing that we didn't like about them was that the closets were very small. Another thing that we liked about it was that it had a Catholic chapel right in the building, so that was a big plus for us. The staff members were very nice and good to us. They seem to be very caring. They had everything you would need. They had a lot of on-site and off-site activities.

Villa De San Antonio is the one I'm most comfortable going into. I am impressed with what they offer. My expectations were definitely fulfilled. I had a very positive experience with the tour and I was very impressed. They didn't have an available apartment to look at because they're all full, so I did not see one. The dining area had a very friendly and accommodating atmosphere. They have a pool, a game room, a gym, a library, and a computer section.

I am in the process of moving my Mom out of this facility due to an on going issue with a secondary drain line from the facilities A/C unit that keeps pouring into my Mom's apartment (4 times in less than 1.5 years). The carpet is soaked along with the walls where it's seeping in from. There is clearly mold in the walls, but they refused to do testing on it and empty promises that they would pull the carpet and replace with vinyl after the 3rd time. Yet, they increased her rent $200 a month without any reimbursement for her inconveniences....her washer and dryer weren't working from November to April, but that took 3 emails consistently on them about it....Renter BEWARE But the front desk staff is friendly, food is mediocre....for the $3,300/month we were paying-definitely not worth it.

I had an in-person tour of Villa De San Antonio. The safety feature was a real plus. They had a call bell in one of the apartments. They also had their residents equipped with a safety pendant so that they could call for help if they needed something. That was the number one important feature for me. Everything looked very well cared for. The people we met were very friendly. We had a very good tour. The marketing manager was very informative, answered all of our questions, made us feel welcome to come back and ask more questions. So it was a very positive experience. They had housekeeping every other week. They had a lot of activities to do, and residents were able to be involved in the activities. The staff members are very well acquainted with the resident's needs. The size of the apartments was very reasonable and equitable to other places that we have visited. I liked the fact that the assisted living and independent living wings were joined. So the residents from independent living could visit the assisted living, and vice versa. That was a unique feature. The facility was very well maintained and clean.

I did a tour of Villa De San Antonio. It looked very clean. The lady from the tour was very helpful and very informational. Their food looked fantastic, and they had a lot of amenities available. They also had a lot of activities scheduled for the week. Plus, it's in a good location. She showed me a large a two-bedroom apartment and a small one. The largest is too much for me to afford, but the layout for the smaller two-bedroom was good. It appeared to be well maintained. They also have a very nice chapel. It's very nice in there on their premises. I didn't taste the food; I just saw it, but they have a very large menu. They had a library. There was an exercise class going on. There was an astronomer who comes once a month to give a presentation, and he probably had five or six people in there listening to him.

I was very impressed with Villa De San Antonio. They were very friendly and nice. The two-bedroom apartment appeared satisfactory for our needs. It appeared clean and well maintained. I was impressed. They had a pool, a dining hall, an activity center, a library, and a nice chapel, and it looked very nice. You can go around the facility and it is a gated community. They don't let weirdos in.

Villa de San Antonio is a beautiful community. My parents love it there. There is so many fun things for them to do, and they have made so many friends. The food is great, and everyone that works there seems to really care about and get to know all the residents. Our family is so happy that they made this decision. I recommend Villa to anyone looking for senior living!

I had been to Villa De San Antonio before. I had a friend there, and I really liked her apartment when I was there. She even had enough room for a dining room. She got her dining room set there. It was very nice, she had a full kitchen, she had a bedroom, and she had a little office. I enjoyed going there. We had coffee, but I didn't eat there.

Villa De San Antonio was a very nice, very beautiful place. The staff was very friendly, very accommodating, they gave us a meal, and the food was great. The apartments were very nice, and it's like being in a resort. The dining room was very nice, and I told my husband that I felt like I was on a cruise ship. The people in the independent living seemed a little more active than in the other places we visited.

Villa De San Antonio was a five-star facility. They have a nice layout and it's gated. They have independent and assisted living available. They have a large dining area that's open all the time for the residents. They have a salon, an exercise facility, a pool, and transportation. It's very inclusive. The staff member was very friendly and very engaged. They have scheduled events for the residents, and they bring professionals into the facility, like if they need help with their taxes or podiatry. It's very well kept and it's very active. It was a Saturday and there were residents coming and going and families visiting. They seemed very caring and they really try to accommodate things to make the lives of their residents a little easier.

We moved into Villa De San Antonio, and we've been exceptionally pleased since we saw the community. The food is excellent, and we have a lovely apartment. Move in day was a little difficult because things weren't ready, but otherwise we've been pleased with the service. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and we've met several interesting residents. So we are enjoying our new life. We have a 2-bedroom apartment on the third floor, and it's very light, carpeted, has two bathrooms, and it's very spacious. They have a heated pool, the usual senior living activities like bingo, bridge, and social hours once a week or on special occasions, and parties. There's also a chapel right there with a daily mass and rosary, and they plan outings to various places.

We're on a waiting list at Villa De San Antonio. It was very expensive and we can't afford the apartments. They were nice, but they said we didn't qualify. They have cottages where you have to pay your utilities, but the rent is a lot lower than most places. One of our friends lives there and the staff members were very nice. It has what we wanted, the 2-bedroom, the kitchen, and the little living room. They even have different activities. We liked the area and we liked the cottages and of course the price, because everything else that we've gone to see is very expensive. For this one, we qualify. The staff was very nice. We talk to them often, we call and find out how everything is going.

Everything about Villa De San Antonio was very favorable. We sat with a couple for lunch, and we spent about two hours with them. They were very happy with it. The food was good, and the options for the floor plans were nice. The staff was friendly. It was newer; so it was brighter. They had a dining room for the independent living people, and then off to the side was another room for assisted living. You were segregated in a nice way. It seemed more youthful. They have activities, i.e., classes and painting.

I visited Villa De San Antonio. It was our second choice, and I got that recommended through a friend. I liked it very much. They had a beautiful chapel. We ate there, and the food was very good. The options were very good, and the activities as well. It's just the layout of it. Their apartment wasn't quite as nice as where my father is for the same price, and there weren't as many open spaces. It was a very nice, and very welcoming community. He would've liked it there, but the one we chose offered a little bit more. It felt like you were in among apartment complexes; a lot more congested, and less open. The staff really went out of their way. Any person that was associated with them would stop, introduce themselves, shake your hand, and tell you, "this is the role I play in this community." They went over, and beyond what you would expect. Something unique was when you entered the community, there was a sign at the front desk that says welcome, and then your name. There was a very personal touch there. The woman that took us around had complete empathy for my dad, and his situation moving away from his home state. She even gave me the name of a lawyer that focuses on older clients. In many ways, they were better in that sense, in the welcoming they seemed to convey, "We want to focus on your dad's emotional state, and we have to be very delicate because this is a difficult time." They seemed more focused on the psychological, and the emotional aspect; which I really had to appreciate. It really helped me to make the transition a little bit better for my dad. I would recommend them.

Villa De San Antonio had many food choices, a nice gym, and outings. The transportation was available anytime, so you don’t have to wait for a certain day for doctors’ appointments or something else. The rooms were adequate and upscale.

My dad resides in Villa De San Antonio, and I really like the community for him. I am very impressed with the facility and the staff there. I have nothing negative to say about it at all. Dad is staying in a small studio. I think this is a fairly new community and the rooms are very nice. I've eaten there a couple of times, and their food is fantastic! It's like eating in a very nice restaurant. They have at least one outing per week and a lot of in-house activities. I believe that they keep the residents pretty well occupied. As far as I know, it is a secured place. It is a gated community, which they lock at night. They use a key fob for entry so residents or family members can access the community even after hours. I am very pleased with the community overall.

Villa De San Antonio is independent living, but they also have assisted living. They are going to build an Alzheimer's unit; they do not have one yet. The staff is very friendly, very competent, and so are the residents. They are also very friendly. The food is just amazing. They had a choir. They had poker, card games, bridge, pinochle, exercise classes, and a lot of everything. The unit I have is a one-bedroom. It is very roomy. It is long and narrow with a big walk-in closet. Most of the units have built in washer and dryer. I have a complete, nice-sized kitchen with lots of storage. I will definitely recommend them.

We visited Villa De San Antonio for my mother. It was very nice; however, just from the looks of it, my sister and I could tell that this place is probably out of our financial range, and it was. Their staff was very nice, very pleasant, and very informative. Villa De San Antonio was one place where I really didn’t have any problem with after looking at it or anything; it was just outside our price range. Their dining room was very similar to where my mother is now in, in that it was open at certain hours of the day where they could go in and dine in there anytime between those hours. Also they offered a variety in their menu.

Villa De San Antonio is a fairly new complex. I saw an efficiency apartment with no kitchen. It’s a beautiful complex, but I did not like the community because of the fact that they move people around as they deteriorate.

My parents live at Villa De San Antonio. They love it there. They do like it there a lot. A lot of the people that live there are the types of people that are civil service professionals -- e.g., teachers -- and my mother was a teacher. They have a really nice cathedral. My mother is very Catholic, and that was one of the things that sold her onto the place. It is very clean. It doesn't smell like urine. It is like a hotel when you go in there. They have a central dining room. The food wasn't very good at first, but it has gotten a lot better. They seem to have a lot of activities. There seems to be a really good sense of community there. However, I wish there were a little more activities for the guys. It just seems like there are a lot more activities that women would do than what guys would do.

Villa De San Antonio was excellent in all respect. The only problem we had was that it was quite a bit more expensive than we anticipated. However, the facility itself was very nice. I would say it had a friendly hotel atmosphere. It wasn't homey because it was impossible to make one of those places homey, but it had a very pleasant atmosphere. The people there were very nice. They seemed to know one another and they were very friendly with one another. The lady who showed us around knew everybody. The facility itself physically was terrific. It was fairly new. The choices of apartments from small to very large apartments were very good and you had plenty of choice. They were all bright and very nice. We found nothing that we didn't like. They did have quite a bit of activities. They had their own church on the property. They had a restaurant and we saw the menu; the food was very nice. We could have lived there very easily, if I could afford it.

We choose Villa de San Antonio because of the package that they offer and because the facility is very nice. My husband and I live in a cottage. It is four units or individual houses attached. We have two bedrooms, two baths, a dining, a living area, a little sunroom and a patio. The grounds are very nice. There is a large building with apartments. They also have assisted living. They have activities going on and even have a movie theater in the main building. There is a multi-purpose room where they play games and do different things. They have a dining area, and they have very good food. Everybody is very friendly and accommodating. It is located very close to the medical center.

Villa de San Antonio is what we are looking for. We liked the place and enjoyed what we saw. We’ve been working with the sales manager, and she has been fantastic: accommodating, helpful, and cooperative. We have met the executive director as well. They have a whole range of healthcare programs and activities, like social hours. The food is absolutely excellent. The meals are prepared by a chef and you have so many choices. You can order from the selective menu any time of the day from 11am – 7pm. Everything they have is a 5, or I will rate them a higher rating.

Villa De San Antonia is a very nice place, but they are just every expensive. They take you to your appointments. They pay for everything except for your phone and they have a house cleaning service that comes in once a week. They have a lot of amenities but it will take my whole check.
