I toured Bayside Terrace. I thought it was decent. I didn't think it was great. I thought it was clean enough, but not free from odor. It's old people, so it's going to smell like urine probably. The rooms were hotel rooms, so not impressive, but it's a place to live. The person that we dealt with was a very nice girl. I think they have a library and a chapel.

I visited Bayside Terrace, and I thought it was a nice place. It's clean, seems like a peaceful environment. The person who gave the tour's name was Elizabeth, she's very professional and knowledgeable. They had a courtyard, they had activity rooms and they talked about shopping trips. There were vans for taking people to appointments and things like that.

We toured Bayside Terrace. It was clean. The people were friendly. It looks like a modernized hotel. The hallways are wide. Everything seems to be nice. They have a dining room. There are three meals a day, and there are regular meals. For instance, if you come down for dinner or for lunch, there are standard items you can get if you don't want the lunch or if you don't want the dinner. There's other items you can get. They have game nights several nights a week. They have bingo, and they have trips to the mall or wherever they plan to go. There's plenty of lounging rooms. There are plenty of things to do. There's a reading room, game rooms, and they can go outside if they smoke. They have a flowering class. In the back of the building, they've got this huge porch with all these plants that they're working on. They have a baking class. They stay pretty busy if you opt to go that way. They have full assisted living if required. The reason I chose that one over the other one was the price because my mom is limited on her income.

Bayside Terrace was very bright and welcoming. I liked the fact that there was music playing on the floor, which gave a cheerful atmosphere to the place. The staff was excellent too, and I thought the amenities were great. They had a nice outdoor area, but they just did not have a swimming pool.

Bayside Terrace in Pinellas Park was very clean, it had a friendly staff, and it looked well-organized. I went to see their independent living yesterday and I liked the way the staff treated their clients. Overall, it looked like an awesome place. They had a salon and an activity room. They do exercise and other activities too.

Bayside was OK but a little crowded in the hallways on some of the floors. The staff was very nice. They had a salon. The dining area was OK and clean. The room was too small for my mom, but she could live there.

We visited Bayside Terrace, and it really was not what we were looking for, but it was very clean. They were very upfront and honest about transportation and things like that. They were very accommodating to their residents, and they seem to care very much about them. They took time to talk with them. The woman that works at marketing was very nice.
