We had a nice tour of Belmont Village Sabre Springs. The grounds are quite pleasant. I think there are 160 residents there, so it's smaller than another place that I looked at. To me, that's an advantage. It was very, very clean. The surroundings were pleasant and kind of old-style. The staff who gave me the tour was great. She gave us a brochure with all the information that we needed. She was very thorough. She took us to several apartments that were open, so we could get a sense of the size and what they were like. I asked questions about assisted living, and she answered those questions also. I felt like she did a very good job of explaining everything that I needed to know. There are set times for each meal. I saw the dining room and it's also an area where they have snacks and stuff. The place was very clean. It had very low-fiber carpeting on the halls, so it was much easier to walk. Everything was very lovely. They had lovely pictures. It's just more old-style furnishings. There's a beauty shop that's open three days a week. There's a very nice area for a small gym with different things that you could work out on. The staff explained that there was a full-time nurse, too. There's also an outdoor pool, a sitting area, and a putting green. This area is quite lovely. It has a nice view. It's very small but what was there was nice and nicely maintained. The staff also explained that people had planted their own plants and stuff.

I loved Belmont Village Sabre Springs. The only problem was that it only had one bedroom. They don't have two bedrooms, and I'm looking for a two bedroom. I liked it very much. The woman who gave me the tour was the marketing director. She was absolutely fabulous. I loved her. I saw the receptionist when I came in. I was seated for a while in the waiting area near her desk. Several residents came by and asked her questions. She was very short with them and did not have a very pleasant personality; that was just the reception. They had everything. They had everything I would want, along with a beautiful view of the hills, a nice pool area, grassy areas, and areas to take a walk. It was very nice. Their dining room was lovely. The reception area was beautiful. They had a nice piano playing in the background, which was very lovely.

Belmont Village Sabre Springs was very nice. The people were very friendly. I liked it. It was beautiful. The staff provided quite a bit of information, answered any questions I had, and were very professional. They gave me food, but I haven't tasted it yet. The menu looked good. The place was very clean. The common area was very clean. They're renovating some stuff there now, so some of it's behind plastic and there's a lot of updating. It seems like a very new facility. I'm surprised they're even doing more updating. They have patios, a putting green, and a barbecue place. It's very nice. I saw one room on the second floor and one on the third floor. They keep everything really new. The whole place looked brand new. There's a washer and dryer provided and a big refrigerator. It looked like there's a lot of food choices.

I saw both independent and assisted living facilities at Belmont Village Sabre Springs. They seemed to have recently updated a lot of their facilities, and it was pretty nice. They provided activities for the residents, and the staff seemed friendly and experienced. It just wasn't what we're looking for. They didn't have any kind of casitas for the independent living. It felt more like a hotel.

I visited Belmont Village Sabre Springs. It's in the middle of an industrial park, and it's in a high desert area, but otherwise, it has a lot of the facilities I'm looking for. They did not have many activities, but the staff was good, and the rooms were well furnished. They have the amenities I was looking for. They have a pool, an exercise room, a fitness room, they have a number of rooms that people can use, and they have a movie theater.

We were very impressed with Belmont Village Sabre Springs. It's independent living, but it tends to be more on the assisted living side. It's a very nice place, it's in a good location, it's very clean, and it looked very nice. We saw a room that was already occupied. You have to bring your own furniture.

Belmont village was very nice, and they provided independent living all the way to memory care. The staff member answered all my questions, gave me a tour, and I thought they were very knowledgeable. The independent apartments looked very nice, the dining area is nice, I didn't try the food, but it looked good. They kept it really clean. The memory care also looked good.

Belmont Village Sabre Springs would have met my friend’s needs very well. It’s one of the best in this area. It’s a beautiful environment and seems to be very well staffed. It’s a very active community of people, but he’s quite a bit younger than the average resident. Their average age there is 85, and he’s 54, so he could not picture himself in that environment. The rooms were beautiful. Marie took us through and explained everything, including the pricing. She did an excellent job and answered all of our questions. They had different sizes and styles of rooms.

We lived in Belmont Village for four years. The staff was very good and helpful, but they didn't have two-bedroom, two-bath. It wasn't big enough, and we had to share a bathroom. Otherwise, it was very good. They had three sit-down meals, which was moderately good. The dining room was functional, not fancy. They had lots of activities like movies, trips to tourist places, cruises, and museums.

Belmont Village is very nice. The people that work there are extremely caring and helpful. They have a lot of activities. They have a bus or a van that takes them out on trips. The surroundings are very nice. They have a nice warm pool. They have different size rooms. The room that my sister is actually living in is a one-bedroom den. She had a TV room or a living room, another room for her bedroom, and a bathroom. We decided on Belmont because she enjoys her visit there, and they are so nice to her. She says, "Well, this is my home."
