I'm in a respite room at The Brookfield at Oaktree. It's not that clean. The food is not that good and they don't have many choices. My room looks OK, but the carpet could use shampooing. The kitchen and bathroom floors are damaged. The staff is not adequate, but a lot of them had to get checked and got quarantined. It's a skeleton staff, and the service is not that great. They gave me a push button that you're supposed to push if you need help, but they gave me one with a dead battery. I told them about it and it's been four days and I still haven't seen a battery. So if I need anything, I just call the front desk on my cell phone. Several of the dinners have been egg salad and beets, and I don't like beets. We did bingo in the dining area with one person per table, but they sealed off the dining room. They're short on nurses. They're mainly just CNAs and there are not very many of those.
