The provider has helped the most with doing what she is supposed to do.
I like the agency because of the app they have available to get in contact with the agency.

They have a lot of caregivers that can cover different shifts outside of normal hours.
I like that they sent a professional caregiver.

Not only is our caregiver good with my husband and she is also good with my dog which is just as important to me.
They have never let us down with the care so I would recommend them, but there were a few times a caregiver couldn't be found for us even though they were trying very hard.

We save time. The client is up constantly and cannot care for himself, so they come in and do that so we can sleep.
They come to you, you don't have to go somewhere.

My caregivers have helped me the most by keeping an eye on me to make sure I don't fall down.
I like that the ladies who come out are very helpful and nice.

They have made my experience positive by providing caregivers with their own initiative who did what they knew what was best.

Brightstar Care takes the weight of the items of the things my mom is no longer able to do and they help to pick up the slack for me. They really help to lighten the load all around.
I like the communication especially when it comes to changes in caretakers coming in.

She scheduled it so when I came home from work, there she was to help me! She asked me when would be the best time for her to come, whereas other ones gave me a time frame they could come.
The nurse was always responsive. Even if I had a problem with my sight, she responded immediately. She told me to call her if I have problems any time, whatsoever.

Being a caregiver is difficult, so you need someone else to come in and help you with things. It is important to have a service like this. They provided me someone that my mom likes and helped me with her daily routine.
I have somebody there that is a very good caregiver. She does very good work.

They've been able to get us the care that we need in the evening. They've been able to help take care of my father while I've gone to work over night.
They care that comes for my father has been spot-on. The caregivers have been very good to him.

It is hard because it all comes down to the person who provides the care, and they are hard to control. The people setting up are great.
The people are fine and able to help coordinate. The level of the people are sometimes is not that great.

What they do is very helpful to us. It's just the consistency that needs improvement.
The consistency in which they are able to provide people could improve. Sometimes they show up without being announced, and other times they don't come when we expect them.

I feel comfortable leaving my loved one. They help them change and use the bathroom, and they do that for me on a regular basis.
I like the fact that they tried to accommodate us as quickly as possible.

The CNAs are here on a daily basis. Basically, if I didn't have the home care, I would be forced to be stuck in the hospital. I've never had to be that way because of companies where the nurses come to my home.
I would just let them know the employees are pretty easygoing and they look out for your best interest.

Before I used to take my son to the hospital, so there isn't much of a difference.

I would have liked them to keep a better communication with their client and their nursing manager.
I would have liked them to come change dressings on time. There were a lot of miscommunications between the nurse and the nursing manager.

They were there when I needed them. They even came one time on a weekend. They were there within a half hour.
Scheduling was the main thing. They couldn't coordinate the schedules very well.

I just gave my other agency a notice that I'm going with BrightStar Care soon. I couldn't work if I didn't have someone take care of my mother.

The caregivers were flexible as far as waiting for us if we needed to get home a little bit later than what was planned. If the worker was running late because of traffic, she would stay later to make up for it. They allowed us to actually go to work until we found daycare.

I ended up getting BrightStar Care because of an emergency situation, and they responded right away. I had some very nice people come and help out. I fell and broke my leg, so I couldn't help my husband because I couldn't put any weight on my leg. After my husband passed away, I still had my broken leg and couldn't do things like get something to eat.

I haven't worked with BrightStar Care for very long, but I think that it is a good company so far. BrightStar Care is here to help my mom do things that she needs to do. They help her get to appointments and do things around the house.

BrightStar Care's nurses were excellent. They were good about calling to let us know they were coming. They were prompt and caring. The daily impact was outstanding because BrightStar Care nurses were really great.

I would tell a friend that BrightStar Care is concerned and interested in my personal problems. BrightStar Care helped me the most with getting me meals. One of the caregivers wasn't such a big help as the other one, but overall, it was great.

The caretakers that came out didn't match what was advertised. They were babysitters that just sat there. There was minimal involvement with her. They were there for her safety, but they weren't there for stimulating her which was what brought us to BrightStar Care. We didn't have BrightStar Care for very long.

BrightStar Care could have a greater impact on my life when I get to know my helpers better so that I can use them more in the future. I just have not had their services for very long yet.
