My father recives in=home care. Inconsistent care, but good when it is on. My main complaints are: Caregiver does not trim my father's nails or makes him change his clothes and allows him to sleep most of the day with little to no stimulation. But when my father is awake, the caregiver interacts with him well and acts very caring.
