Seniors Helping Seniors was not good. Their caregivers were not good, the hygiene was not good, the lady was not good, the other one was a smoker, and the replacement snored a lot in the middle of the night. Another complaint is she doesn’t know how to fix breakfast. They were to prepare meals and do light housekeeping, but the service was poor. We had to call in and change the helpers three times, and we later dismissed them and changed to another provider.
