Benevolent Hearts Home Care - Euless, TX is an in-home care provider serving Tarrant County and the surrounding areas. Benevolent Hearts Home Care - Euless, TX offers non-medical services in the home, such as personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, respite care, errand service, light housekeeping, and transportation.
Benevolent Hearts Home Care also provides free in-home assessments, caregiver introductions, supervisory visits and personalized care plans. Care plans are developed and updated at least every 90 days by our Care Managers, but we have an RN on staff should your insurance require an RN assessment for reimbursement. Benevolent Hearts Home Care is available 24/7 with a live person to take your call and can schedule an assessment within the hour with a placement often the same day or within 24 to 48 hours of an initial needs assessment. Caregiver options include 24/7 care as well as hourly care with no MINIMUMS.

The caregivers were supposed to be an aide to help me with everyday activities like dressing and bathing, but that didn't happen at all!
I would only recommend someone after they make sure their insurance will take them and know what to expect from the people who work with them.

The one thing that is challenging is that I travel a bit, and my dad takes a lot of meds, but they can't put the meds in the box. Assistance with the pill box would be nice.
I like that they are conscientious and great communicators. They are proactive in bringing things to my attention.

She was basically a sitter. She would have to fill in the gaps between the skilled nursing. They would keep her hydrated. If she feels like she can get out of bed by herself, she can't, so the caregiver has to watch her.

Some caregivers are better than other ones. I do not think that they are being honest with Benevolent Hearts Home Care because she came and she had back pain and could not sweep the floor. One of the caregivers came in and did not even ask me what to do and messed up my floor.
They need to keep me updated about who is coming and when.

It's very beneficial. They do a really good job. I'm not dependent on them, but they are a big help. It has relieved me a lot from my wife's care. Some things that I am reluctant to do, like showers and things like that, they do for her.
They could have more of an orientation for the training of the caregivers. Then we can know what to expect of them and how they should treat us.
