Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

They took the burden off of me of taking care of myself. They did those things me and my husband couldn't do. I had a plan for them every day, and they did exactly what I needed them to do.
They were prompt and did exactly what I asked them to do. They did it in a timely manner. They didn't fool around.

They do check in with me, and they try to find people to cover the jobs. They are a little more flexible compared to the other agencies.
The one lady we have coming does well, but they have not been able to provide us with other good providers.

My father and I help her. With Alzheimer's sometimes they just stop doing things, like bathing. She wouldn't let my father or I bathe her, so we had to get a woman to come in to bathe her and that's just a tremendous help. It gives us peace of mind that she's being kept clean.
All the women are very nice and caring. They're very dedicated to helping out. My mother has Alzheimer's and she's overweight and it's hard to bathe her because of her size. They are very thorough.

I had some trouble at first getting a caregiver who wanted to work. Now, I am able to get a good caregiver.

It was a big help because I take care of Deborah by myself. She has dementia and is bedridden. They were able to do all those things.
They were very informative and as far as getting in touch with anybody it was easy. The owner always called and let us know who was coming.

Literally everything we asked for them to do while we were gone. They wrote notes every time they checked in. It gave me peace of mind.
The ease of that next time we are leaving town we can quickly and affordably set someone up to come provide care.

The most helpful is having someone who can come help do what needs to be done around the house. They help us with errands and things of that nature. We like the company as well.
The owner came out and personally talked to us. She was personable and nice.

Right now, I am in recovery from surgery, so it's absolutely necessary. I can't care for him myself.
They have a minimum of three hours, opposed to other agencies that have four. I liked their prices too. In addition, the people that come out are very caring and cooperative.

I liked the lady that came out. She seemed like a really nice lady that would match people with my loved one to make him feel comfortable.
The only service we had was having someone come to give him his medication. Then, someone came to give him baths. She is really cheerful at doing that because I am not able to do that at this time.

I was the sole provider when my wife had the stroke. She was unable to take care of herself. I had to continue to work, and without Right at Home, I wouldn't have been able to do that.
Anytime that I had an issue, no matter what it was, I could contact them. They would make sure it was taken care of.
