Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

The provider puts my mind at ease because I'm at work and I know someone's looking after my mom.
The agency will help my mother when I'm not there to do it, they make her feel comfortable even if she's not capable of doing some things anymore.

The girl that comes is wonderful. My husband really likes her. When she walks in, it is like a ray of sunshine walks into the house.
The agency could be less expensive, and they charged us for care that we were not being provided.

They go over and beyond, even if it's not on the list. If it needs to be done she does it. She talks to my husband. She draws on my dry erase board. She shows pictures of the story that my husband has told. She is really good with him, they even arm wrestle with each other.
They are also being really caring for me, even office personnel. When the caregiver is sick, they send office personnel.

Just knowing that somebody is at the house with my mom and keeping an eye on her is a big help to me.
We've only been doing this for a month. The first caregiver that we had quit the agency and I only found out because I didn't see her online and I called and that's when they told me. We were expecting her the next day and I don't know if they were going to call me to let us know or not. Our new caregiver is doing good so far.

They find caregivers to help us. I can't lift my wife by myself, and it's great to have someone to help.
They are prone to make things happen. Today, I was in a bind to leave the house this afternoon to pick up my prescription that was 50-60 miles away. I was unable to schedule someone beforehand, but they found one of their office workers to beautifully fill in. If not for her, I had been without my necessary medication or a few days.

I was really happy with the person that I had. She did everything for me, like helping me shower, doing my laundry, changing my sheets, dusting, doing the floors, and lots of housework. She ran errands for me and took me to the doctor and she would go grocery shopping for me.
I wish they wouldn't call my caregiver who was with me when she was with me because it takes my time with her away. It's supposed to be my time and my time is taken away when she's on the phone with them.

To be honest, we utilize them for overnight care. The client is disabled, and can't do anything on his own. When I interview companies I tell them I need people who can stay awake and take him to the bathroom when he needs. I went through several people at the agency because the people would fall asleep. It's taken me a long time to get to the people I currently have and they are still not the greatest because of the scheduling.

It was hard for me to keep two households and the daily sweeping and taking out the trash they did a good job with.
From the start Kelly and the other girl sat down and got to know my mother. They were really sweet. A lot of people are scared of being out in the country and a lot of the nurses are from around here and we like that.

It's better than nothing, but she doesn't like her aide either. She is not happy with her aide. More could be accomplished when she comes. The longer we have her, the less she does.
We are just not happy with the person we have, but we like Right at Home as a company. Who you get makes a big difference. The people they send out reflect the business. The first lady we had, we loved. She just came one time. She took my loved one for a walk.

The coordination of the individuals that were identified as the most important were lacked by the agency and caregiver.
There was a lot of turnover in the personal. Some were well experienced and some were not.

I don't drive anymore. The young man takes me to all of my doctor appointments. He takes me anywhere I need to go and he is a very nice man.
I just recommended them on Saturday. I told my friend that Right at Home is caring and they watch over you and take good care of you.
