We used Visiting Angels for my mother. They did well, but she was not very receptive to them. I was there the first time the lady came. I was very impressed with them. They really tried with her, but she just wouldn't let them do anything. I would recommend them.

We have Visiting Angels for my wife and they're very good. They can't get your pills for you, but you can get your pills ready for them and then they can administer them. However, they can't select the medication. They provide baths, light house cleaning, and just general things, and they're very helpful in helping my wife into the bathtub. They also do things like make up the bed, wash dishes and clothes, and things like that after they've finished stuff. The caregiver's attitude is very good.

Visiting have a better price and schedule. They were very good and were very clear with all of their fee schedules. They are more than willing to help me fill up forms; as there were lots of forms when you start getting in. They are very confident. The people they sent out are very nice and come three days a week.

We had someone from Visiting Angels come in to help my wife while I was at work. We did that for a couple of weeks. The caregiver was very good, helpful, and friendly. They helped her with taking a bath, minor house cleaning, keeping her from falling. We didn't have any problems at all. When one of the caregivers got sick for a couple of days, they called asking if we needed someone else to come, but my wife said no. 2 days later that caregiver got well, she came back and followed up. They're very flexible. I would recommend them.

Visiting Angels has provided fabulous in home care aides for my father-in-law. These individuals have assisted my father-in-law with all activities of daily living & attended many appts. with him including an emergency ER visit and then, admission. They stayed with him throughout his ER admission and also came back to visit him and offer any help while he was hospitalized so our family would have some personal time to attend to our needs. They were exceptionally professional, caring and considerate throughout all of their visits and were always prompt and even offered to stay beyond their scheduled hours if needed.
