I've had Griswold for quite some time and I've had a number of people from them. Everybody has been wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, and kind. I've been very, very pleased with their service. They have a professional attitude at the same time have humor. They try to make me laugh most of the time. They've been really wonderful and personal. They help me with exercise and reminds me of my medicine. I feel really comfortable around them and I would highly recommend them to others.

We chose Griswold Home Care because it was recommended to us. Their caregivers are good. I have 2 that come all the time now. They're very nice. My wife is in a wheelchair and unable to feed herself. She is unable to walk on her own and she requires assistance. They take care of her full time and assist her with almost everything. It's been 13 months that we've been with them. I can say that the 2 caregivers we have now are excellent.

The price was in line with what we could afford to pay and Griswold had reasonable rates. This was one of our deciding factors why we hired them. Also, my husband had called them and spoken and he actually likes some of the things that they have said about their company. We had a meeting of them within a couple of days calling. They came out to our home and met with us. We were able to go over the packet information and the pricing, what our need was and what we need the caregiver to do. We hired them and the caregivers are very caring towards my mother in-law. She's not able to do anything for herself anymore. So they bathe her and dress her. They prepare her breakfast, lunch and dinner. They go above and beyond. They do everything for her and they're very good at it. We have had 3 caregivers and narrowed it down to 2 right now. They're there 24 hours a day so we had a lot of one of one time with them. We've been very happy with them.
