Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

My mom is the one that needs the attendants. They really help my mom to try to get better from a functional standpoint. They get her out of bed and they encourage her to exercise.

My mother can become annoyed with people she doesn't know, but she likes these caregivers.
Every caregiver is different so it's hard to give the highest rating, the three caregivers have been a good match for my mom so far though. Overall I would recommend this company.

The last caregiver, Kristen was with him 5 hours a day. She would not move from being with him. She wouldn't drink anything or use the bathroom.
I like everything. I like the people they brought here.

The basic essential was that there was someone responsible here when we were at work full time. She does try to get my mom to get some exercise, and she does entertain her somewhat by talking to her and keeping music going. When my mom gets sad, she helps her.
They have always responded well and have never left us hanging when someone gets sick. They are dependable. All the workers that we have had have been good. There was one that was only here for a few days that was probably starting out, but that was temporary.

They watch her and make sure she doesn't fall. They dress her, fix her food, and help with showers and the bathroom.
The head nurse is absolutely tremendous. She goes way beyond what her duties are to help out.

They do spot checkups to make sure their providers are giving us the care we need. If we have any complaints, they address them right away.
They try to care for our needs and make sure we're happy. They follow up with the care and if we get along with the caregivers. They offer suggestions with problems that we may have.

They could have believed me and my feedback. They had a nurse come out one time about what was going on, and it was a lot of wasted time.
They could have provided a therapist with a consistent level of training and care. The caregiver at the end was excellent. Other than that, it was very spotty.

She does a little bit of laundry. I feel comfortable coming home a little late knowing he has had his lunch.
I like their policy of taking better care of their workers. They work with me to find the right person. They came over and got an idea of my personality. It took them about two to three weeks to find someone. They waited until they found somebody. They spent time waiting until they felt comfortable, and that really impressed me.

I appreciated how sweet they were to my mom and how helpful they were to me in taking care of her.
They were comprehensive in every way and they were right there when I called. They tried to fit the right person to my mom. They came and interviewed my mom and me to see which person would suit us best, and they tried to accommodate us in every way.

I can't imagine life without them. The company has been able to bring someone else in when one can't show up. The owner himself is there all the time making sure there are no issues.
I've been totally satisfied. It's a difficult job and the caregivers are patient. I would definitely recommend Right at Home.

There's not any downsides. They are very quick to assist. I sent an email to thank them, and they emailed me back and asked if I could do an interview. A personal contact with the office manager has been responsive, and they followed through. I feel that because I live out of town, I feel reassured that I can call and that my brother is with someone who I feel safe with. It's a sense of security I feel with the caregiver.
