I think they've been really good about making her get out and staying in contact. I think she gets tired of having someone there if they talk too much or talk about things she isn't interested in.
I like the quality of their caregivers.

I would recommend them because they took care of my mother for five years, and now they are working for us again.

I am having trouble communicating with my life insurance company and Arosa has tried to email them and text them, but they won't talk to them either.

The senior care manager Julie, speaks with all of the office staff and asks good questions from them. Her presence makes them want to do better for the client.
They do what they say they're going to do.

It has helped him tremendously. They have trained him and helped with moving.
I like that they are very professional at what they do and get good reporting from the company. We have to be very careful and follow state guidelines and they are willing to do that.

They did a good job most of the time. Gray was pretty good though. She cared and actually paid attention to her.
It was a little frustrating that the quality of caregivers varied.
