I have had only one occasion to use Brightstar Care of S. Nashville’s services, but, of that one occasion, I can readily say that they took care of every detail, leaving nothing undone -- they were perfect.

They could make my life easier by helping me do exercise. I need some encouragement. I like that they are dependable. They have two caregivers who they gave just to me. They show up every day, and it is very organized.

It's made my life easier. I don't have to go take care of My loved one. I have way less stress. My loved one has a traumatic brain injury, so it's not like the average person who needs care. One person didn't work out well, but they changed that. We need seven days, and the people we have gotten can't give seven days. One caregiver is fabulous, and we just got another one who is fabulous also. My loved one is happy, and that's the main thing, keeping him happy. I'm happy.

She has taken care of my grandson. She does different things. She sits and talks to him, and that's what he needs. I guess that they will come out and take care of your loved one.

They should use common sense of what needs to be done. They could be more attentive.

The services have an enormous positive impact on her life, but when they aren't able to come they have a negative impact. We've been having troubles getting people to come out. The caregivers will confirm and then not show up.

Having a caregiver with my grandmother every day makes a great difference. They help with feeding, changing, clothing, and bathing. We had issues with the caregiver. We had a specific caregiver that stopped showing up. Every time they scheduled a replacement, they wouldn't show up. We went through a 2 week period without a caregiver.

They clean his house for him. My dad can't talk because of his stroke, and it's fine.

It is a good program, and I have had no problems with them. My caregiver takes good care of me.

We're terminating them. They need to have more consistent scheduling. We had a lot of scheduling issues when our consistent caregiver was out on vacation. They really weren't able to fill her shifts. They had plenty of time to be able to fill it. They originally had our entire time. They weren't able to fill the weekends, so we switched some hours to another agency. We just decided to switch all our hours. They need to provide consistent care.

I am not sure that the agency has done anything out of their jurisdiction for him. They make sure that somebody is here.

They fix my food and help me get dressed for whatever I am going to do. I would tell a friend that they have provided people here on time and they fix me something to eat.

My mom has to go to my grandmother, or I have to take off work when the caregivers don't come. They need to be able to get enough workers so that my mother can have proper care.

BrightStar Care has a great service and office staff. I really liked their office staff the most. I really liked how prompt the caregivers were.

I can count on someone from BrightStar Care showing up. BrightStar Care does things for me that I need, because I'm restricted.
