We have been working with Home Instead for a number of years in helping us to take care of two family members until one recently passed away. We have been blessed with the very best of care workers as Donna is top of the line when it comes to dealing with all facets of what continues to be a most stressful situation. She not only performs all the routine duties exceptionally well, but has the knack of also providing suggestions on how everyone can better serve the needs of my mom. We could have never dreamed how hard this undertaking would be and had no clue where or how to even begin this process and commitment. Donna continuously has taken this overwhelming state of affairs for us and made it tolerable as new issues arise every day. It is so important to know we don't have to face these issues alone as Donna's guidance is consistent and she always is thinking in terms what is best for my mom also. I would also like to note that Home Instead had to provide a substitute for awhile and Peg worked out well too. She was a dedicated person also. We don't know what the future holds but are very appreciative of the help Home Instead has provided so far. Thank you to all!

I would have lime to know I could have declined having so many people in one week as this was stressful for my mother-in-law. It is nice that they keep dishes done ,her bathed, laundry done.

My needs are not overly complicated,, but I do need some technical skills from the caregiver that we'll be working with me..
Home Instead Senior Care,, has always been able to provide me very adequate personnel.. I have no desire to replace this company since they have been able to provide me with quality service..

Home Instead provides care for my soon to be 98 year old Father in PA. I live in Massachusetts, which presents unlimited challenges in managing care for him. Home Instead allows me to live my life in MA with my children and grandchildren and still take care of my Dad.
Home Instead’s caregivers are kind, responsible and really, really caring. They arrive on time, they do what’s required and much, much more. They converse with him and check on his well being. They inform me of any changes in his health and any concerns they have. They are my “eyes and ears.”
The Home Instead Administration is very supportive of my hopes of keeping my Dad at home. They’ve done a terrific job of matching caregivers. They call me if something or someone changes and they do wellness checks with me. I feel my Dad is safe and secure in his own home and taken care of by kind and caring people. Thank you all!

The Home instead agency works very well for our family They met the needs of my Grandmother by matching her up with a caregiver that is perfect for her They have developed a Nice relationship and she is a true blessing to my Grandmother.

I could never express the gratitude for everyone in this company. They were caring, great to work with and the caregivers were equally the same. I felt blessed while they were here. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Such professionalism!

We got Home Instead for my husband. The caregiver drives him to appointments, takes him out for lunch, and she helps with showering and dressing. There have been no issues so far. She's very good.

Aide is fine, considerate, prompt and helpful. Office is lax with mailing invoices to insurance company, as in our contract.
