They could follow up with the employees about what care is being provided. They need to train the employees to provide better care.

My nurses are awesome. I can always call them. They will call right back. They will find answers to my questions. They will find new medicine for me. They are very nice and easy going. They are willing to help and go out of their way.

It is like any job where there are some people that go the extra mile and then some do the basic job requirement. Some were a little more aggressive and some were just pretty laid back. Their office staff was easy to work with and most of the caregivers seem to be credible. They did a good job.

The lady who stayed in our home for about three weeks was sweet and compassionate, but had absolutely no initiative or motivation about her. That was my only complaint. This young lady was always punctual and on time, but she would walk in the door and plop herself on the sofa and watch TV and be on her phone.

It definitely helps to have someone here to fix meals. It is really nice whenever the companions show the initiative. In the past there was trouble with different providers coming to the house, when they promised a specific person.
