Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

They take care of my wife, do the washing of her, and her dressing. They also pack a lunch and breakfast depending on what time it is.
If there are issues with someone coming it's usually taken care of right away. They always seem to be on top of it.

The services help us a lot.
I've only had the company a few weeks, but I have had 3 caregivers. The first aid was here for 2 weeks, and then she left. There was another aid and then went on vacation. We now have a new caregiver, she is great. She took to my father like it was her own grandpa. She sweeps and washes dishes, and she keeps busy.

I don't live locally, but it helps my sister have free time. She lives locally, so it takes a lot of burden off her with caring for Joan.

It is not only helping my mom but me and my two sisters. They care for those three days a week. We know my mom has good company.
I feel good about the care my mom is given by Right at Home. The personality of the caregiver she has now makes my mom feel comfortable.

The staff at Right at Home are very professional, caring and dependable. Katrina, Shermine, Yatmaran, Rochelle and Vicki were literally our angels! Couldn't ask for anything better for the loving care of our father.

It's made a huge difference. We've stopped going to the ER every week. Mostly she's sleeping when they are there.
My mom has an aide from 11pm-7am. It's not a time frame where I can see what's going on. They are good about calling me to see if the aide is going to be late. I don't know what she's doing during that time. I left a notebook asking the aides to leave notes down and she doesn't. I know they are doing something right, but I don't have a handle on what's going on. I would like a communication on how my mom is doing and what is going on.

When my husband had Alzheimer's his caregiver, John, made his quality of life so much better. The aide that my husband has is excellent.

We had to find 24 hour care in a hurry when my Mom was discharged from the hospital. The Home Health Aides Martha, Natalie and Marlene were very helpful for my parents. The office staff, as well as the owners Eileen and Gregg very very helpful and supportive as we tried to find staff that were the best match for my parents. While the circumstances were stressful, Right at Home did their best to help us through the process. For this I am grateful!

I chose Right At Home to care for my 91 year old mom out of many other agencies that I had contacted and was so very happy with their professionalism and care. I called Right at Home -Plainview to arrange for aides to help me with my terminally ill husband. Right from the start I knew I had found the right place. Eileen and Gregg spent a considerable amount of time not only answering my many questions and addressing my many concerns but also trying to get to know my and my husband’s needs so they could find the right aides. We needed 24/7 and decided that the best arrangement for us was to have one aide for four days and another for three.
Dorothy met us when we came home from the hospital. She knew immediately what to do and did everything in a professional and efficient manner. As the days went on I found her to not only be kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated but also concerned about our entire family.
The first weekend (the three day shift) was not as successful. The aide did not meet our needs. A call to Gregg on Monday was handled in the best possible way. He did not offer excuses or try to encourage me to try another weekend. He immediately (didn’t even wait for me to list all my complaints) said not to worry he would send someone else the following weekend and he did. Jean was just as perfect as Dorothy. Not only was I pleased with both Dorothy and Jean, but more importantly my husband was.
In addition to Dorothy and Jean, Tina, the nurse who was assigned to my husband, was an extremely caring and competent professional. She not only came to examine my husband and to provide support to Dorothy and Jean but also to me. When we were unable to get hospice to come, Tina came on short notice to help us.
I would definitely recommend Right at Home.

Joy was my husband’s in home care provider. She handled him with such love and caring that he was convinced that she was a relative or very good friend of mine. I couldn’t agree with him more . She became family and we both looked forward to seeing her. She watched him, fed him, Cleaned up after him , and most of all made him happy. She also made my life bearable . My mom is 92 years old, and we needed in home care for her. She could no longer be alone in her home and home is where she wants to stay. I got in touch with Right at Home, and spoke with the owner Eileen. As soon as we discussed my moms needs I knew this was the agency I wanted for my mom. Eileen is wonderful. She is so genuinely caring and professional. She was able to find me an aide, Linda, ASAP. Linda was sweet and respectful to mom, and mom loved her. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful care. Eileen’s husband. Gregg, does all the financial and he was a pleasure. Whenever I emailed with questions or requests he was right on top of it. The staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend them.
