It helps to have someone here and it helps to have things cleaned. I wouldn't be able to do anything without them.
I would like them to improve their aides. They are not well versed in the rules of the contract.

The caregivers are very kind and they do everything that's supposed to be done. The caregivers help me the most by taking care of me and taking care of my needs. Whatever I need, they're there for me and they help me in every way.
I like everything about them. They're involved, take care of me, and they're doing a good job. They take care of whatever I need and they do everything I ask them.

My mother in law really perked up when the caregiver came.
It was a last minute thing, but there were no issues at all.

We only used them for three days. As long as he wasn't hurt, it was fine.
If someone's looking for a home health aide, they would have no problem. The caregiver was very nice, she just couldn't take care of my husband.

I need them, I definitely need help. She goes up and down stairs for the washing and drying machines.
They try to get me proper help, I know it is difficult now. They really try.

My father cannot do things for himself so they help.
I like Charlie, they are very hands on. It's not like you're just talking to a person on the phone, he will come to the house if there is an issue. He's always available if I need something, and is very knowledgeable. I can call and text him. It makes it more family oriented.

Charlie and his staff were great. They were hired to help my 83 year old dad after he came out of the hospital. They treated him with such dignity and really focused on helping him to regain independence and to make good choices around the home. The company also helped out my mom with her lifestyle. The whole crew was smart, caring and responsible. My parents loved the aides and Charlie and thanked me over and over for sending them to their home. The extra touches that Charlie and his crew provided helped the whole family to feel at ease. This team provided my parents with a sense of dignity and worth!

He had good nursing care in the last few days of life.
They came to my rescue when I needed something when my father was sick. They came to help us out.

I like that they are in constant contact. They always call me back and make pop-in visits. They address any issues that I have.
