Initially the caregivers who came did not understand that she needed to be left alone sometimes, but I think they have figured it out.

It's a very simple happening. I needed someone to take me to an appointment where I was put under general anesthesia. I had to have someone wait there for me while I was having my procedure and return me home. It was just for a 4 hour period. They did what I hired them to do.
I liked that they were prompt and were able to do what was needed.

When they are constantly sending new people, it is exhausting for me to constantly be orienting the new caregivers.
I would like to see more reliability and consistency. They don't have the personnel to cover my mother right now.

I am pleased with the caregivers personality. The caregiver will ask if I want to take a walk, and they are concerned if I am doing well.
It is the bookkeeping. They pre-charge me, and they have made several mistakes on my account. I wish they would pay more attention.

It was very helpful. She is a very independent person. She doesn't appreciate people in her life that are not necessary. They took her to the doctor and to buy groceries. I didn't want her driving. They did that for her.
I am very likely to recommend them. I think the service was good all around. They showed up when they said they would. They asked for a reasonable amount of money. They were personable.
