They send a person that comes, and she is very knowledgeable in what she needs to do. They are very punctual, and they started very quickly.

I can't make my bed or do lots of other things for myself. I can't do very much, and they help me out with everything. They help me out a whole lot with everything. If I didn't have them, I don't know what I would do.

Whenever they do what I ask them to do, they do a good job. They need to have more training for their caregivers. My experience has been that they provide me with a list of services that the caregiver will do, but then the caregiver comes in and asks me what they can do.
