Our mission is to provide quality health care with dignity and respect to the sick or medically fragile and dually diagnosed persons; and to enhance their growth, well being and optimum level of functioning.

About Us

We are a Residential Service Agency (RSA) and Nurse Staffing Agency licensed by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Health Care Quality (DHMH & OHCQ) since 2006 and 2009 respectively. We are also licensed in the District of Columbia and certified by the Department on Disability Services (DDS) since 2008.

Services in Maryland involve Home Care with skilled and unskilled nursing services, under the auspices of OHCQ/DHMH. In the District, we provide a wide range of services to persons with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and/or mental illnesses under the auspices of DDS
