They volunteer to wash clothes and dry them. I showed her a special way to do things, they do them that way. They are so pleasing.
I like that the caregiver doesn't avoid work. She asks what she can do for me.

The two of us have been alone in the house for 20 years, and so having someone else in the house is a little disturbing. There's a period of adjustment of getting used to having someone here. The care is necessary, but we are still getting used to it.
I like that they are very reliable.

We were diagnosed with covid a few days ago, the caregiver has taken over Marilyn's care to the point where it is a quality of life change for me. The caregiver is very thorough.

She needed 24 hour care, and that was very hard for me to do by myself. I hired them to help me out and they were always there to relieve me.
They were very attentive and the caregivers were very punctual. They would stay if a caregiver was late.

The administrative staff is very personable and accommodating so I'd recommend people for that reason.

I live in assisted living, but the facility wants me to have more CNA time. So I use Home Helpers and they have been wonderful in that way.
The weekend service is not always good; it is a problem to find someone to do mornings and evenings on the weekend.

The most important thing the agency has done for me is providing a high-quality caregiver to me.
I'd tell a friend that I like that the caregiver who helps me is thoughtful and thorough and she knows me so well she can shop for me.

They initiate phone calls or emails for holiday coverage, which we wouldn't already think of. They have adjusted the care plan when we need to and the two helpers have been reliable.

We need varying schedules through the week and the adjust very well to what I need.
They fit the caretaker to my needs. They came out first to make sure it was safe for them. If I have a problem, they send someone right away.
