I like that they helped me with the big things.
I liked that they took charge and that they did what was necessary.

They did what I asked them to do, and they only stayed for an hour.
I couldn't get a consistent caregiver or get to know them.

It's wonderful because they do just about everything I need. I try do what I can by myself, but they are there for me if I need them.

They enable her to go to the places she wants to go to. She can't drive anymore, so they take her to do things she likes to do.
They need to improve their communication and billing. I don't get notifications when things would happen.

My wife broke her leg, so homecare is pretty necessary because they are here when I cannot be there.
I would like them to improve their training. I like how they are always there if we need something. They always come through.

It doesn't make much of an impact. They clean my windows.
It is very convenient when you are my age and older. There are some things that I can't do on my own. It is nice to have someone come in and do them for us. She is very pleasant.

I would recommend them anytime. I feel it is a service that people don't know about, and it needs to be shared.

It gives me peace of mind and helps my mother out.

I can't think of anything they could do to make it better than it was. I had pneumonia, and when I got back from the hospital, they helped me get better.

He needed to take his medications properly because it could be bad if he didn't.

They respond when I call them, other than that one instance.
I like the response I got. On Saturday night a couple of weeks ago, I fell down in a parking lot. I laid there for fifteen minutes with mobile help on the phone, they didn't know what city I was in, let alone the location in the city. That was the only problem I've had.

I would have felt better about having my house clean. I would have known they did a job and that my house was clean.
They needed to do more of the household cleanup. They needed to do more of any of the housework. They talked more than they did work.

I have them once a month now, instead of twice a month like I used to. They are on time and do what I ask them do.

They could stay all day, but I couldn't afford it. Overall, they've been average.
The gal I have now is great. I've had some that have not been as good. She's very industrious and she works. I feel like I'm getting more than my money's worth.

They probably really helped. They helped with basic needs and by having someone watch her and help her out until the end of her life.

They need to have caregivers who work rather than just sit to get a good recommendation from me. The caregivers haven't been very good because they don't show up for work, or they have been late on several occasions.

They are here because I know that he will walk around and go to the bathroom on the floor if no one is there.
Some of the people they send are very shy. The manager has come out a couple of times, and he is excellent.

Things have become significantly better because she has limited access to travel and it is important to have someone take responsibility for her so she can go to places safely.
They are punctual and on time, my mother loves who she has contact with.

I don't have to do everything by myself. Things get done around here that I can't do.
I get pretty good service from the woman that works for me. She's pretty good and she does what needs to be done without me having to point it out to her.

I have my socks put on, and that is all I have them do for me.
I would recommend to others if they needed it. I wish that the caregivers could dress a little better. They used to wear a uniform so I would know who they are, but now I do not always know why they are here.

When they are here it is a lot easier to get things done and when I need them I can call them. I plan my schedule around when they are here to help me.

I trust the caregiver, so I feel I can leave my loved one with her. The companionship has helped the most.
We had to keep trying until we got the right caregiver. They are always there when I need them, and they have great communication.

The caregiver is a nanny, so she is wonderful with my kids. She does little extra things to make sure everything is easier for me.
The manager came out and did an interview with me so that she could select a caregiver that would meet my needs.

I would like them to fix the scheduling issues. They move the caregivers around for no reason. However, I do like that the people they send are friendly. They listen to what I need for my loved one for the most part. They are patient as well. They help me so I can go do what I need to, while my loved one is being taken care of.

I think it is a tough industry when it comes to personnel. We really enjoy the owner and I'm sure they are always up and down like every other businesses. It is tough to get quality, good people. It is a need, not a want. My loved one was very weak. There were good people and there were bad people.

The lady that served us was very nice and thorough and did everything we expected her to and a little more. They gave me a couple of hours to go do things that I needed and wanted to do instead of just taking care of my wife.

I suppose the main thing to improve is the turn over. They are just there to help her eat and work. They really haven't been there any more than to be a companion.

Home Helpers doesn't get back to me on any issues. They started out well, but since their change of personnel, communication has been an issue. My mother has dementia and lives in assisted living, so I used to have to drive to go help her but now they help her.

Home Helpers is very good about coming on time, and staying for their whole time. They're very courteous and helpful. There are a couple of caregivers that I've had some problems with, but several of them are excellent. Home Helpers helps me get up because I can't get up on my own.

Home Helpers sends helpful caregivers. They do whatever I ask them to do. Home Helpers fixes meals, washes clothes, and other things that I don't have to ask them to do, but they do them anyways.

We've been using Home Helpers for my mother-in-law for about a month now. They come in, make her food, and do anything else that she wants. She likes the caregiver. So far, we like them, and they're there when they say they're going to be there.

Home Helpers sends me workers that are consistent and the same every time. I like these workers very much. My mother can no longer take care of the client anymore, so the service that Home Helpers provides helps her and me. I do the cleaning, but the workers take care him.

Home Helpers sent us a caregiver that didn't have any training. I can't even let them do the client's laundry. I have had very little contact with Home Helpers and nobody has gotten in contact with me asking how the caregivers are doing. The caregivers can't do much, they just goes on walks with the client, but I can't let them do much else. Their cooking skills are limited, but they make the client oatmeal and the make the client's bed. Home Helpers could have the caregiver they send be trained on how to do things. I also think that the office could check up on how things are going. They only did the annual review.

I have already recommended Home Helpers. I like the caregiver that I have now. She is helpful and happy and does everything I ask her to do. Even when I don't tell her to do something, she knows what to do. She gives me an extra lift. I do not walk around very well and have a dog, so the caregiver gives the dog walks for me. She cooks, cleans, does laundry, and waters my plants. She does all kinds of things for me.

Home Helpers is easy to work with, the caregivers are on time, and they follow the proper directions and needs that I have. The services are extremely helpful; I could not do what I need to do without my caregivers. I wouldn't be able to get out of bed without them.

I've only been with Home Helpers since October, and the caregiver is perfect. No one else has come to annoy me. Home Helpers' caregiver does everything that I ask her to do. She helps with what I ask and sometimes is even aware of what I need before I say anything. She thinks ahead of me.

In order to get care, I have to call Home Helpers' central office and they call Salmon Creek who in turn talk to my mom and there is a lot lost in translation. My mom has been in the hospital a lot and sometimes afterwards needs extra care and we don't always get that. There is nothing written down about what the care is they provide and it is hard to get them to communicate. I haven't been able to talk to the caregivers directly, which I think would be better rather than having to go through the office. The caregiver helps my mom with her bath and laundry and she couldn't be where she is without their help. I need for the caregivers to check and see if my mom has taken her medication and nobody seems to be able to look and see if she has taken it. When my mom got out of rehab a few weeks ago, I asked that the caregivers check on her at 10 and 6 but they were showing up somewhere in that time window, which wasn't explained to me prior to them setting up the schedule and my mom was expecting them at those times.
