The caregiver has just made a really good connection with my mom. Other caregivers weren't a great connection, but this one person is just great.
My mom loves the caregiver.

It helps me, but I want more consistent caregivers.
I would like them to schedule some of the same girls, so there aren't so many different ones who come.

I feel like I have done a lot of weeding for the caregivers. However, I have caregivers now I could not live without. I had to figure out who I like and do not like. They have gone above and beyond for me. I would like them to have people with more experience.
I would like the communication to be improved.

I can't think of how they can make my life easier. They alleviate the burden of her daily hygiene tasks. She does things for them that she wouldn't do for us.
They are prompt, on time, clean, polite, and nice. They interact well with my mother.

They were able to come on a regular basis and continue with the exercises for the client to get his leg back in shape.
We were very pleased and it went very well. We felt the client got very good care. They have good bedside manner and were very pleasing people and very satisfied.

They have been a life saver.
They are really great to work with. Melanie has been wonderful to find care. She has gone above and beyond to find quality care. Tony was wonderful at bringing the papers that needed to be signed and made things as easy as possible.

It has more of an impact on me because they take the time to make sure my mom is taken care. That makes my day easier.
They come to the house, explain what they want to do for us, and both of the ladies who have come here have been easy to work with.

The help is great. Right now, they take her to the store, which my wife really appreciates.
They do everything and anything I want them to do, and they are very cooperative. They do the job they are trained to do. They don't hesitate or anything.

I don't want to be in a home, at all. That's the one thing. They give me 24 hour care. I was looking for an easy transition. They recommended the hospice care, too.
There isn't anything to improve, so far. They do what they say they're going to do.
