Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

They are always there if needed. If I call they return my call promptly and never make me feel like a bother or afterthought. Had I done this survey two years things would have sounded differently. Very happy.

The caregiver we have is lovely but needs more training. When she does their chores, someone from the office needs to check the quality of the work.
I like the way they interview the clients. I thought it was outstanding.

The people that come to see my husband are apparently coming from Gainesville and they all complain about the drive. They are all nice, and I haven't had a problem with any of them, but every single person when they come has complained about how long it takes to get there. It kind of makes you feel like they don't want to be there.
The communication was very poor. They would show up on days they weren't supposed to, so the communication was just not good.

The caregiver we have currently needs to talk more to my loved one than just sit around, as we had another caregiver that is now on maternity leave who did much better.
I like that they are always on time with the services, so I'd recommend them for that.

I can not say enough about these ANGELS. I take care of my father with Dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. They have saved my sanity. I was at my wits end. I tried so hard to take care of him but, I work fulltime (10-12Hours) a day. One call and Renee and her staff were here to help me get things back in balance. These ladies don't just care but really care. They make him meals, personal hygiene and exercise. We have one helper (Chris) that even takes him grocery shopping. The pricing is very comparable for what we get. I would have probably had to quit my job. THANK YOU LADIES. I LOVE AND RESPECT ALL OF YOU.

The ones they send are outstanding, every one of them is outstanding. They take him right to the door for appointments. They do light housekeeping and also help with his exercises.
Personal contact is what I like. They are very supportive.

The caregiver I have now goes out of her way to do what I ask her to. I don't think I have ever had anybody do that for me. I am proud of what I have got and what everybody is doing for me. I can't praise that enough.
I have never failed to call down there but when I didn't get good service, even when there was nobody here to help me, they treated me like I am somebody. They didn't act like they thought I was a complete idiot. They made me feel like a human being that needed help.

I am extremely pleased with Right at Home. I am a retired nurse and former Assistant DON at a nursing home and I am adamant about my husband receiving proper care. He is a Vietnam vet, and bedridden from a cerebral hemorrhage snd two strokes. He requires full and complete care. Bed baths, linen changes with him in bed, oral and grooming care and the use of a hoyer lift. I can count on the caregivers being here when they are supposed to be. If there is a change, Renee is excellent about letting me know ASAP. There are three caregivers at Right at Home who we have absolutely fallen in love with. If you are blessed enough to have Kendrea, Gwen or Allison assigned to your loved one , you will be receiving the absolute best care possible. Renee from the office is awesome! She truly does everything possible to match the caregiver with the client. Right at Home is very fortunate to have these 4 ladies working for them.

Having my hip replacement surgery scheduled, Renee arranged for my caregiver to take me to the hospital and stay for the duration of my surgery until I was in my recovery room. This was a good portion of the day. Upon my discharge the following day Renee was the one that brought me home and on the way stopped at the pharmacy to pick up my medications. Once ar home she made sure I was settled in and comfortable. For the following week and a half my caregivers showed up on time, they were very professional and took care of my needs and the things I couldn't have done myself. It has been a blessing and a great experience to have had the Right At Home team help me every day until I was able to do things for myself. If anyone is looking for caregiver service to help them through a surgery or whatever the case may be I highly recommend Right At Home. Renee and the team will help you every step of the way!!

I'm very pleased with them. The company really tries to meet all your needs but sometimes they can't always get someone to cover if my aid calls out. Doesn't happen often but it has happened and I lived. They are getting more help now so maybe that's in their past. All the lady's in the office are nice as can be but I talk to Renee the most. She does her best for me and I couldn't have a better nurse than Diane. She sweet and goes out of her way for anyone. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with a loved one.

Everybody they've sent has been wonderful. They'll do anything in the world I ask them to do. They're extremely attentive, and they know what to do. They're extremely aware of my husband's needs. We just love them. It gives me a two hour respite break every day from caring for him. I'm also disabled, so they help with things that I'm not physically able to do.

The caregivers for my father are loving and attentive. They treat him like their own family, and we consider them part of our family. They do whatever needs to be done, and then look for more that can be done to help in any way. They are reliable, trustworthy, and kind. We take comfort in knowing that our father will always be well cared for.

I would tell others that Right at Home has good help. If we aren't satisfied with something, they solve the problem quickly. Right at Home has made a huge difference because there are other things I have to do when I am not able to be there for Alvin.

They were ready to help my mother immediately after returning home from hospital stay and rehab. They offered special services and options for my mother. Very professional, caring staff and caregivers. They are great.
