Our caregiver is just great, she has never been late, not once, she has a positive attitude, and I could be in the worst mood and she can brighten me right up.
They sent me an angel after multiple tries.

The caregivers have just been horrible. They've been unprofessional and unable to do simple tasks.
They should have quality caregivers and have them show up on time.

I still would only like one person to come in. I guess that's impossible.
I ended up having one person for over a year. That person was injured and unable to work. Now, we have three caregivers. I've been through the fire. It's over now with these new people.

She would talk to him and made sure he was drinking and had things to snack on and eat.
The employees were courteous and on time. They were self motivated and they did what I needed them to do without me asking them, and they were very, very caring.

The agency doesn't have a big selection of caregivers that we get on the weekends. Our weekend caregiver isn't very proactive.
They're able to accommodate our needs with each individual caregiver. This isn't easy, but the agency is trying.

It allowed us to get some rest, and my mom had someone to help her get up. Some of the issues that came up is that someone got sick or had car trouble and didn't come. It was unavoidable, but it was an issue for us.
I liked that the people because they were competent and on time.

They take a burden off of my shoulders so I don't have to provide 24 hour care.
If there are any problems, then they take care of it. I am completely happy with SYNERGY HomeCare.

They help him just by being there. The services help me as much as it helps him. She takes care of him and she takes me to my doctors appointments. She assists with the wheelchair.
I have liked the caregiver because she is very helpful to him and to me. He feels comfortable around her.

I think it is because the caregivers have been able to be there for my mother, so it freed me to do other things that I have to do.
I would tell them that the office staff is easy to work with, and that the caregivers are warm, friendly, prompt and helpful.
