I feel I get very good help from the people Interim sends me. I had Interim last winter and I called them for help again this winter. I am very happy with Interim.

We have been very satisfied with Interim Healthcare. I just have someone come in three mornings per week for three hours, and so far, everything has been fine. I don’t require them to do anything but talk to my husband and take him walking. They are doing what I asked them to do. The caregivers are prompt. Whenever our regular person can't come, they always send someone else. I would say it has been very good, and we have had no problems.

My wife suffered a stroke and a few months later severe a brain injury from a fall which coincided with early dementia. I tried several agencies prior to Interim of Charlotte County and was never satisfied. Finally, I hired a very qualified caregiver directly. Unfortunately, she was involved in a very messy divorce and left after four months. Then, I called Interim and met "Chuck", the owner. He assessed our situation and provided a caregiver with over 20 years experience with dementia. She was great. Because I used a caregiver 6 days a week, I had other caregivers each week. Every one was very qualified. The agency also called me often to make sure everything was alright. This is the best agency I ever used. We are snowbirds, but I can't wait to get back to Florida and start with Interim again.
