I can’t say enough positive comments about this company, that are great!! My husband is not easy to deal with, but caregivers they have sent are professional and have lots of patience!!! Don’t bother calling any other companies! JT Private Duty is the best!

I was referred to JT Private Duty by my dads doctor. My dad needed night time care. I had originally hired another company and had a terrible experience. The other company could not provide caregivers on regular basis, there were many no shows and company did not have another caregiver to fill in. I have not had any no shows with JT Home Care. If someone can’t make it, they always have a caregiver to fill in. Another thing I love, they always answer the phone!!! Highly recommend

I recently had Brain Surgery and needed additional care during my home recovery. Having JT Private Duty to help me, was as if they were my family members except with a great deal of expertise. I Highly recommend them!

I called this company over the weekend and needed care for my husband the same day. They provided a caregiver within 2 hours. The office answers the phone after business hours, no waiting. All the caregivers and office staff has been excellent. I highly recommend!!

My dad had a heart attack and was 1100 miles away from me. He was due to be discharged but could not be home alone and I could not get there because of a rare snow storm in Dallas. I was referred to this company via the hospital social worker and what a God send they have been! They picked him up THAT day and took him home, take him to get his prescriptions filled, stay at the house 24/7 and have checked in with me daily. I was worried that he would not like a stranger in his house but it was been very smooth. I am so very thankful and would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of help.

After dealing with several Home care Companies, we quickly realized JT Private Duty Home Care is the company for us. Hers why. No minimum amount of care needed, BEST RATE of any other company, and they even answer the phone on Saturday and Sunday. Why would you go anywhere else?

The most unprofessional organization I’ve ever come across. Starting with their owners/ management- this outfit is horrible. STAY AWAY! I quickly dropped them and found another company that knows how to treat their clients.

We were able to get a caregiver from JT Private Duty Home Care right away. We have been using their service for a couple of months now, and the caregiver was great; she's knowledgeable and friendly. She reinforces what my wife needs from her physical and occupational therapies, and she also cooks and helps my aunt. We have her from Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 to 2:00.

I hired JT Home Care for my friend. The caregiver helps with showers, gets her out of bed, does exercise and laundry, and communicates. We've been using them for about two months now, three days a week, and we're very happy.

This company is the best of the many we had. They have been in business for many years, and are not only responsive, sent a wonderful caregiver and provided us with care for over 3 years.
