Our Father got to come home, after a stay in a rehab center. We knew his time was short, so we were so blessed to have Home Care of the Rockies set everything up for him. Needless to say, we also had a Hospice care coming in to guide us through this final transition. All I can say is I don't know what I would've done without Linda O, Abby, Maribel and Shelly. They took a frightening situation and made it a blessing in every way. Linda's, CNA's were always on time, always loving, kind and respectful to our Dad and us as a family. Linda came up each time we had a new CNA starting. Linda was also available 24/7 if I had any questions or concerns. She answered on the first ring!
She personally guided us through the end of life and all the stages that came with it.
If you are facing one of the toughest times in a families life. Do yourself a favor, Hire this company. Absolute professionalism at it's finest. And most importantly, personal touches, kindness and a loving staff. Honestly, this company has something very rare to share with anyone who chooses to hire them. My wife and I have received care and support for over three years. She has end stage Parkinson's disease and is wheelchair bound.Dementia is a major problem with her also. The support from HCR is tremendous and very professional.They always put the client first and communicate if there's a need to be a change in the schedule,which rarely occurs.The staff is hand picked and fully vetted. Each care partner is encouraged to complete a training course, Home Care 100, soon to be the first nationally recognized.We were refered to HCR by our LTC insurance agent. We a very satisfied and would recommend them highly. The home office staff is very responsive to our input and needs.They always go full circle and get back with us promptly when we contact them. Care partners are on time and ready to work in any task needed. They are pleasant and knowledgeable.They are easy to like and feel like family after a very short time.
I fully recommend HCR . Without them I could not care for my wife at home. THX,PRC

I found HomeCare of the Rockies through a referral from a friend. So far we've been just really pleased. Sandi and Maureen do a great job with scheduling. They're very careful about who they send over. If it's a new person they always bring them over themselves to introduce them. They've been very good. The caregivers have been great. We have one girl that wasn't quite as good and they replaced her right away. My mom has really enjoyed all the caregivers that she's had.

Homecare of the Rockies is run by Sandy and her sister. We sat down with her in my parent's home. She explained how they operated and how they could provide care as owners of the company. With her personal touch, she made us feel more like part of the family and of her company. They've been providing us good healthcare workers for a 24-hour care. The hospice also comes in and we have meetings with the doctor once a month. I've been very pleased with Sandy's business, and we haven't had any problems. We've been with them since October.

My sister and I interviewed this provider to find home care for my 94-year old mother, who lives alone and prefers to continue to do so. We were very impressed with their caring and professional attitude and commitment to caring for the elderly. We signed a contract with them without hesitation, and have been extremely satisfied with the service they provide. I would not hesitate to recommend this homecare provider to anyone.

From the initial interview through the following 6 months of care the service was caring, thorough and professional. Our parents were treated with genuine kindness and respect at all times. Melony provided excellent service, was always on time and a joy to have in their home. If we require this type of help/assistance in the future, the only company we would want would be HomeCare of the Rockies. Our heartfelt thanks goes to Sandi for her guidance and Melony for her care.
