I liked the credentials of the staff at Griswold. They cared for my loved one for 10 hours a day. The aides were very good.

The staff is excellent and the caregivers fromm Griswold are nice. The people who come here have been honest. The fact that they are still working for us after six months means that they have been doing their job very well.

Jim of Griswold is unbelievable and fantastic. He is very honest, caring and responsive. I would say that the caregivers they provided for us were very great. My dad was difficult but they were very gracious to him. I used them for months. Griswold is awesome!

My mother-in-law broke her hip last March. Griswold was recommended to us by the rehab where my mother stayed for a week. Jim came over before she came out of rehab and had visited my mother-in-law two more times since. My house is not close from his office. I was impressed with what he did. He genuinely cares for my mom. I can't say enough nice things about Griswold. The ladies that they have sent over are like family members now. They are absolutely kind and gentle. The good thing is they know how to be firm when needed because my mother-in-law has Alzheimer's. They don't just sit around the TV all day. They exercise and keep my mother-in-law stimulated. They rock and I love them. The management is very flexible and patient with us. It seems that their employees really like them.

Griswold was recommended to us and consequently, we contacted them and decided to pick Bev. She is pretty awesome. I like her a lot. She has a lot of experience. She works well with my grandparents and hasn't done anything wrong. I also met Jim and I could say that he is a very cool and nice guy. The management is very communicative about what they need to do or if someone has a day off and someone's gonna fill in. They have always come on time.

I was very pleased with Griswold. Our experience with them was really good. We didn't have issues with them at all. They were very compatible with us. They found out what we needed and that was exactly what they gave us. They were personable to my mom. The management checks on us once in a while. We have been pleased about that. Their billing and scheduling work out well for us.

I can't say enough about Jim's company. He has been extremely accomodating. I completely trust him and the caregivers that spend their days with my mom. Jim goes out of his way to make sure that I feel comfortable with the caregivers and with him. My mother immediately felt comfortable with him as well which is a huge thing. They are completely dedicated and committed to their job. Indeed, they are extremely trustworthy. I trust the person that stays with my mom from Mondays to Fridays. She is amazing. She keeps my mom entertained and brings her to her doctor's appointments. She also helps with the things in the house. My mom has the same caregiver with the exception of this week because the caregiver is on vacation.

Griswold is very professional. They arranged for three caregivers to have an initial interview with us. We retained them and they have been working with us ever since. The caregivers are very attentive, caring prompt and professional. Jim has visited us. I speak with him at least once a week.

We needed help quickly my step mom broke her arm and was to sole care taker for my father. we interviewed with Jim and he was so helpful and really cared about our stressful situation. The providers he assigned to our family were great! My entire family was very pleased with the quality of care and the quality of people that were in our home for 10 days 12 hours per day. Thank goodness for the folks that provide this kind of in home care, it is very scary to invite strangers in and be in need of such personal help. If I ever need this kind of help I will be calling on them again!! Highly recommend them!
