Our Community carries on the historical tradition of Old Town Alexandria in it's architecture and design, which brings off a luxurious flair of appeal. At Sunrise of Old Town, our exceptional caregivers will provide highly personalized assisted living and memory care services. Our team regularly evaluates the needs and preferences of each resident, discussing details with the family and physicians. Each resident will receive an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) that is kept up to date so each resident always receives the care they need.
We will offer an activities program designed to appeal to every resident’s unique interests. Each day’s calendar will offer opportunities to enrich the mind, body, and spirit. And, our in-house culinary chef will prepare three scratch-made meals each day using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
