Paragon Assisted Living – Potomac House Falls Church Community welcome residents into warm home settings, care for them with respect and devotion, and ensure their days are filled with hope, purpose and joy.
We have a strong team of experienced, compassionate and engaging caregivers who provide consistent and loving care for our residents. We also have a dedicated Activities Coordinator who oversees resident activities and overall engagement. Our personal chef, in collaboration with our Nutritionist, prepares healthy and delicious meals from scratch daily.

I found the Paragon Assisted Living Potomac House Communities for my father. It's a group home. He moved in and he loves it -- the best place he's ever lived. This was perfect for him. The staff is great, my father feels very special there, it's very small, only eight residents, so it's very individualized. It's like they really care. He has the same, consistent people all the time. They have a chef who comes in every day and prepares the food. It's a brand-new facility, it's not even a year old. It's well-maintained. They clean the room every day. They have nice, big, open hallways. They have minimal activities, and they could probably do better for people who have the ability to do stuff. They're a great alternative to a bigger facility.
