About This Community
At Logan Place, our senior living community, our compassionate and caring staff form long-lasting relationships with our residents. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. We welcome pets and encourage our residents to flourish by offering a variety of stimulating activities, such as exercise classes, card and board games, bingo, baking classes, and pet therapy. We go on regular outings for sightseeing, ice cream, and shopping. Contact us for more information about our Lower Burrell senior living community.

I toured this community for my Mom who has Alzheimers. My friend's mother in law just came here and they are very happy with it so far. The facility was smaller but still very bright and clean. They seemed to have good activities. The calendar I saw had several to choose from. Everyone I met was very cheerful and seemed willing to help. They have a very nice courtyard for the residents to sit outside. Unfortunately for me this community was a little out of my price range however I would feel very comfortable with my mom staying here.

We loved everything about Logan Place. It was welcoming as soon as you walked in, very bright, and very cheerful. The rooms were nice and the dining area was very nice. There were a lot of people there; there was staff helping them. The outside area was well taken care of. Their laundry facilities, beauty shop, and everything was beautiful. It's just that we couldn't afford it. The staff member who accommodated me was very nice, very informative, and very helpful.

They have not had a housekeeper for months and they have gone Chef's - Some only last a week. They budget $5 per day for each Resident for Food. That is for 3 meals. We told them they need to eat for $5 per day and see what they get. There meals are not a balance meal and the housekeeping is not being done. We pulled my Loved one out when the Pandemic started. It was the best move we made. I am still in contact with a couple of the Residents and they still do not have housekeeping. They raise the rent each year for the Residents but do not give them the service they are supposed to be paying for. Aides are short handed because they only have 2 Aides on duty in the evening and some of the Residents require more help than others. It is a disgrace that they are allowed to get away with this.

We're pleased with Logan Place so far, my father is getting the care that he needs. We go there every day. They just got a new recreations director and she's been doing fun things with the people there. They have activities, movie nights and stuff and we're pleased with that as well. I would recommend this community. The staff is okay. We have to be on them all the time because we're paying for full care but we're not getting the really full care. He really loves the food.

My brother was at Logan Place for one month. It met our needs. The staff was very personable and very accommodating. The dining setup was very elegant and very tastefully done. I had one meal there, and the food was acceptable. The facility was very nice. I don't think that the activities for John met his needs. He was there because he was discharged from the hospital and could not go home. Most of the people were much older. In his case, the only thing he needed was for someone to hand him his medications, and I paid an awful lot of money for that, so I thought it was quite expensive. The staff was very friendly. greeted you, and knew all their clients by name, so I thought that they were well oriented to the needs of their individual clients.

Logan Place was significantly smaller and not as clean as other facilities I've visited. It had limited activities. The rooms were very small. The dining area was simple, nothing extravagant.

facility seemed clean, rooms are spacious and staff seemed helpful. Does anyone out there have family there now? Looking to place dad there and want the best care. He needs loving care. Let me know if right place for him.

We placed our dad there and found every employee we dealt with courteous, supportive and helpful. The food choices are amazing (menu is posted in the dining hall for all to see) and they offer a large variety of food choices. There are extra wide hallways, beauty/barber shop, and laundry is done separately for each resident (no marking clothes with a name). There is large sitting area with a gas fireplace in the lobby and another sitting room with a huge flat screen TV for families to gather. The decor/furnishings elegant.
