My mom is living in Fellowship Community. She is in assisted living. She has been there for two years now. It is excellent. We are really happy with it. It is just very expensive. Her room is very spacious, and she has a roommate. It's a really nice place. It's just that we were trying to find some places that were less expensive, but we decided to keep where she is; she likes it there. The dining area is excellent. They have exercises, and bingo. There's always something going. They have a lot of activities. It's really clean.
We have nothing really bad to say about it. We're really happy with her being there, and she's happy there too. The staff is really good. It's pretty expensive there, but because of attention she gets and because she just really it likes there, I would give it a five.

My mom moved into Fellowship Community. The staff is extremely helpful. They are very nice, and for us to place my mother there, they made it very simple. They were very accommodating, and the place is very clean. When my mom presses the call button, within five minutes someone's there to help her to the bathroom. I think it's a very good facility. They have a prayer group in the morning if you want to go to it or not, and in the afternoon, they play bingo. They do exercises almost every day. You go into a community area and they do exercises, while they are sitting. They have singalongs, they ask other people to start a song and then the other members there start singing with it, which I think is great. It was really good. Last week they actually had Farm Day, and they brought some farm animals like baby goats, baby chickens, and ducks, and they passed those around for the community to touch. And then they were singing songs representing a farm, you know, and things like that. They always have activities and it's very nice.
In the dining area, they have four people to a table, the food is excellent, and they get to pick a menu. In the morning, they can pick cereal, eggs, or just fruit. For lunch they have an entree, they have a nice menu for that also. And supper time is usually when they have their meal or they can just order a sandwich, but most of the time there's always a meal. You have a piece of chicken with potatoes or a piece of beef with rice and then you always have your vegetables and you always have a little bit of a dessert. They can always choose coffee, tea, juice, milk, whatever they want for a beverage.

My mother moved into Fellowship Manor. We chose it because I heard good things about it. We heard their staff is very compassionate, and that they are sometimes willing to keep the resident safter the money runs out. It's very clean. I've had no issues with anyone there, everyone has been very helpful, very kind, my mother seems to be settling in well, and she likes the care she's receiving. She gets therapy a lot. I know they take her out and play some kinds of games, and she says she's always busy. She always has something to do. The dining area is very nice and I have no complaints. She loves the food there, but the room for two people is a little bit small. Other than that it's a nice room, and they have nice furniture. They have a nice view, and there's carpeting in that room.
