Rogue River Place was a very warm and home-like atmosphere. We were able to interact with the residents as they were involved in activities and all of the people that we saw looked happy. The staff, the amenities, and the activities were great. I'd rate them as top-notch. The room that we got into has just been remodeled. They were actually in the process of remodeling any empty room. So, everything was brand new and clean. It's well laid out and well-designed. They have a craft room, a couple of library facilities, and a nice courtyard (that's completely enclosed) for people to go out into. One thing that we liked was that my wife's dog can visit her. That is huge. Lastly, the building was very user-friendly. There are no stairs. No elevators.

I had an in-person tour of Rogue River Place. It was a very nice place and if we did have to choose, we would probably choose that one. It was accessible for all of the people that were in there. They have a group meeting room, a dining room area, and they set times for games. Their schedule was nice, and the set-up was nice. Mark, who was in charge, was not there when I went there, but he kept in contact with us. He's a very nice guy. They gave me some cookies and they were delicious cookies. They tasted great. They have a game room, a dining room, and a beauty salon. It felt homey.
