The staff at Pelican Pointe have been very good to/for my mom. They are quick to assist her in anyway that they can, resolve any issues & answer any questions we have. Her room is perfect for her and it's where she chooses to spend most of her time. She loves the food; it's so nice to see her eating so well.

Pelican Pointe Assisted Living wasn't as good as the other facility we saw. They have done some remodeling and things inside and it seemed to be well-maintained, but it just seemed to be a little older. The rooms seemed to be a little smaller, too. They have a community room and fairly nice dining room. You would get food in the dining room or in your own room. It had an outside area, but it's not very big.

We toured Pelican Pointe Assisted Living for our friend. It was very comfortable, modern, and clean. The people there were very nice. We looked at their menu and it looked fine. It looked like something that she would like. They have something going on every day like arts and crafts, and music. They also have a shuttle that takes their residents to the store, doctors, and other places they may want to go. We didn't talk to very many employees, but the one who took us on the tour. Her name was Amber, and she was very knowledgeable. I felt that she was very upfront, and we liked her. She was very pleasant to talk to.

I went to see my aunt at Pelican Pointe. It is a very nice facility and an expensive one. The staffs were good. My aunt has a one bedroom apartment, and it was very nice. It was very spacious, and they come in to empty the trash every day. The dining room was very nice, and the food was good. I played bingo there, and I won. They had brain games, and in the activity center, they have games that made the residents think. It is a very well appointed facility.

My aunt is in Pelican Pointe Assisted Living, and my mom is going to be in there too. It is very clean and very modern. They have their own little apartments. They can decorate it the way they want to make it feel like home. Overall, it is a very good facility. It isn’t hospital-like. The staff is very friendly, very caring, and they make sure that each one of their patients is cared for medically and is hygienic. I’ve looked into some, and this seems to be the best in that area.

The facility was very clean and nice. All of their staff was friendly and helpful. My mother loved staying there, she said that all of the staff made the time to talk to her and made her enjoy her stay. They dont put you on a "schedule". The food is great and they have weekly housekeeping. They also give you transportation to doctors appointments and if you need to go shopping. Pelican Pointe really helped my mother keep her independence and dignity when she just needed a little help. The place was absolutely great! I couldn't say enough about it! You really have to see it all for yourself to appreciate it. Thank you Pelican Pointe!
