My mom is at Forest Oaks of Spring Hill. It's a good spot for her. It's excellent. It's clean. There's plenty of staff visible. There's always somebody at the front desk. My mom shares a room with another resident, but it's always clean. Housekeeping is always done. It looks like they're in there daily. The staff is top-notch. No problems with any of that. As far as the medical staff, it's good to go, and as far as the housekeeping staff, it's good to go. I know they do a lot of creative activities, but I'm not sure what they offer. They have a library. They can check out any books that they want. As far as the cafeteria, it's good. It's always clean and upkept. My mom doesn't complain about the cooking; the food is pretty good.

My father is at Forest Oaks of Spring Hill, and he likes it there. I like the staff there. The place is clean, and it doesn't smell. They have to be taken out for physical therapy to a nearby rehab center. The ladies that are there are very nice and very kind, but they are very small, so they have difficulty lifting my dad. He could fall on them and hurt them, which is not a very good situation. The dining area is nice, but I never tried the food there.

When you walked into Forest Oaks of Spring Hill, it's wide open. The staff is good and we have plenty of room to go outside. We have great food and the employees have been very helpful. There are games out on the tables, washers-dryers in the hall, and snacks available for us.

I liked Forest Oaks of Spring Hill because it was one level and not two or three stories. I liked it, but they don't do Medicaid. They're very nice and everybody seems happy, there are a lot of activities and stuff. I just don't know how to do Medicaid, and I just don't want to pay several thousand dollars until it kicks in. She showed me one room. They have it as private or have it shared, it's the same. The rooms were the same, but it just depends on which way she wanted to go. They have a main common room which is all out in the middle, all the hallways come to that. That's where they can watch TV or associate, chit chat with anybody, do the bingos, and then they can go outside if they want and sit out among the trees. They're very pretty trees.

Forest Oaks of Spring Hill seemed to be clean. The people seemed to be happy. The staff was more than willing to show me around. The rooms were not gigantic, but there's enough room for two beds and for two people in each room comfortably. The dining area was very clean. They have a restaurant style breakfast, lunch, and dinner where the people go and sit down at a table; then and somebody comes and asks them what they want. They usually have two choices, and then they'll have one where they can choose either fruit or vegetables if they don't want to eat either one of the choices. Beverages are out for them to have during the day. It was very clean. Nobody was eating at the time, I was there between meals. They were playing bingo and they said that they have church services on Sunday.

We chose Forest Oaks of Spring Hills for my uncle because it's clean, friendly, and all the residents seem to be relaxed. There is no smell of urine or feces anywhere in any of the halls. The residents seem to be calm and enjoying themselves. They're really good. They get choices for food and everybody gets something they can like. I've been there different times of the day and walked all around the place, and it always smells clean. The room sizes are very good. They have entertainers coming in, games, and religious services. They have a good activity calendar.

My mother lives here and I have to say this building, and staff are so intent on making sure she is taken care of. Between meals, and meds and a very clean room, I am beyond words, I find there compaction to be excellent, they go above and beyond for my mother, I am without a doubt very happy with my decision to keep her there. It's not a easy job to do yet they come every day and do so. I am very pleased with the extra care and conversation she gets from everyone she is difficult to deal with, she has made a friend whom I think Go's above her job to make sure she is happy and taken care of, it's here housekeeper Amanda , she will sit and listen to my mom, she has made her food and even made sure she eats it, my mother is diabetic, and this housekeeper makes sure she has what she needs, I believe without a doubt all the changes in staff and the new ed was what this place needed , Leigh is not only a great manager but does more then I have ever seen someone do. So to all the staff and Amanda and Leigh I know my mom is in great hands keep it up, thank you so much for everything, oh one thing that will stick with me is something her housekeeper said to me , this is not just a paycheck it's what I enjoy what people need to know is this is there home , and I clean it as though it were my parents, I think that will always stay in my heart such compatibility is hard to find 5 stars and a big thank you to all of you at forest oaks,

My husband stayed at Forest Oaks of Spring Hill for respite for one week. It was very nice. The facility is set back off the road in a very quiet and wooded area. The staff was very good and nice. He liked it there. They give him his medication, and they were very nice with food service. The activities director was good. My husband enjoyed playing bingo. They took the residents to the movie theater twice, and they also went to Walmart for a shopping trip. The food was pretty good, and they served the people in the dining room. The residents had choices, too.

Forest Oaks was OK. The set-up was not what I thought would be suited for my dad. The layout was done on a circular pattern and I figured that it would be confusing for him. The staff was friendly. They took me on a tour. She showed me what the room would be like and where everything was, like the kitchen. They gave me the necessary paper works and the information about the accommodation. It was a good visit.

I visited this facility a couple of days ago why did to her was wonderful the lady pushed me in my wheelchair from Wing to Wing one of them that we went down was very clean had no smells and I encountered a housekeeper but on a different circumstance I was telling the lady that to hurt me that my wife and I like to go out and do things and get out and this person I believe her name was Amanda walks up and just said I'll take you and I started laughing and so did she all and all I was very happy with the choice especially should be able to laugh when you have such a tough decision to make Amanda was very friendly she was kind and pleasant her Wing was clean the rooms were clean and I told her she's doing a great job she laughed and told me I don't make my head so big once again I laugh is definitely a place that I would come back to just the friendliness of one person can make such a difference in the way someone thinks if I had a chance to I would tell bad housekeeper that because of her when I left I knew that no matter where I chose to go it would be the right decision just hopefully there's more people out there like her please tell Amanda that I appreciate her making a difficult and hard decision so easy for an old man and for that I thank her I also think the lady who took me on a tour she knew so much the kitchen was wonderful overall the whole facility was great

I visited Forest Oaks, and the staff seemed good. Their dining area was very nice, and the apartments were large, spacious, and very accommodating. They had in-house games, bingo, and other activities for seniors.

Forest Oaks of Spring Hill best suits my husband's needs. I think the staff is excellent. He has a private room, and I was able to bring in things that are personal. They have bingo, exercise classes, and card games. There are a lot of things going on all the time. The food is great.

Forest Oaks is nice and they do a lot for the people. There's always something going on every day. Their Alzheimer's unit is nice and clean and it didn't smell or anything. The rooms were very clean, but she would have to be with a roommate. She would not like that because she doesn't trust people. The people who work there are very nice. Every morning the residents played Bingo. They also had an entertainer come in; they danced; and they did exercises in the exercise room.

Forest Oaks of Spring Hill is a nice place. The people were out and about, and you kind of take care of your own room. The residents all seemed happy. The rooms were nice and clean. I like the general atmosphere of the facility.

Forest Oaks is a very nice place. I like it, but I believe they don't pay Medicaid. The rooms seemed very nice. It's also clean; it has never smelled. The patients all look good. The staff seem professional and very good. I had lunch there; it was very good, homemade. The dining room was well set up.

My son had stayed at Forest Oaks. We chose it for him because we saw that they had the most activities. The place was beautiful and it was convenient because my daughter used to live close by. The staff was wonderful. He was in a shared room and the place was fantastic. I could not say anything bad about them. I had eaten there and the food was delicious. They had activities. He was happy and satisfied there. The only reason why we took him out of there was because my daughter moved to the area where I am living. I would highly recommend them to others.

Forest Oaks is a very good facility. It is more private and it is all ground floor. I like best its homey type effect. It is a little older facility but it is nice and quaint, not fancy-fancy. The rooms are a little smaller though. However, the caretakers are wonderful and the food is excellent. Overall, I found this facility up to par.

I would recommend the place. I was very pleased with them .They were very helpful with me. The staff treated me alright. They were very good and very informative. I like the facility. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. They just treat everybody quite well there. I'm pretty much satisfied with what we have seen. They also invited me to sample their food and it was quite good. The rooms there were very very nice and very comfortable and you should not have any problems there. It has a very cheerful environment and the residents there seemed to be very happy. I'm sure dad will be happy there!
