Sunrise Gardens is a licensed ALF in downtown Dunedin, Florida. Minutes from the scenic Gulf coast and footsteps from the Pinellas Trail. Downtown Dunedin is a vibrant and serene area with a strong sense of community that binds everyone together. Dunedin has a rich history of food, art, and culture and also offers a weekly farmers market a few minutes from the grounds. Our property itself spans the equivalent of one city block and is covered in lush greenery and exotic trees and plants from Papaya Trees to Passion Flowers and Moringa Trees that sprawl throughout the grounds. Sunrise Gardens also has chickens that roam free throughout the property adding to the ecosystem of harmony we aspire to. Sunrise Garden's goal is to nurture and grow. Just like the environment we put so much attention and care into, the residents are the foundation. The roots in our soil can only flourish if nurtured through care and detail.

We will be offering weekly movement classes, music & art therapy, as well as group activities to keep the sense of community alive. We also offer all forms of multimedia streaming television, internet and an Alexa system for our residents to request their own music.

We have well-trained and groomed staff that is available to meet the needs of every resident and a family-run business that treats our residents and the community with the same devotion as the roots in a family tree.

Other amenities include an on-site Salon/Nail Spa in addition to a classic Steinway & Son's Grand Piano for the musically inclined and security cameras for the safety of our community.
