We visited East Lake Manor for mom and you can tell it is an older facility. They did a marvelous job with the grounds and the inside. They are very competent and diligent as far as making sure all those safety guidelines with Covid are being followed, and they go above and beyond. They spray the bottom of your feet with a disinfectant when you want to come in. The inside of the facility looked nice, the dining room area, the relaxing areas, and the places people can go were all very nice. For the rooms, the furniture, and room's sizing is adequate, but everything is just showing its age a little bit. But the staff looked nice.

This is a great facility for loved ones. My mom stayed here and had a great experience after she fell at a large facility. After she got better we moved her here. This is great value for the money and has more a family atmosphere than the big places.

I had my mother here after many years at a bigger place where she fell. This is a family-run facility and the owners are on premise and you get to know them and mom was well cared for. The staff was very friendly and attentive to her needs. The property is also gorgeous as it overlooks a lake and you have time to spend outside of the building. It was surprisingly also much less expensive than the big facilities which was a plus.

My daughter checked a few facilities and found East Lake Manor for me. This facility is great. The service they provide is excellent. The sanitation of the facility is exceptional.

East lake Manor is an upscale mid size ALF that is so impressive. The most spectacular part of this facility is the fact that it appears from the lobby to be built aroyund a common area outside. There was live music and a outdoor ice cream social while I was visiting. There are windows everywhere in this building which adds to its lustor. It is beautiful. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The residents rooms were spacious. This building seems fairly new and very up to date and clean. It is odor free and very clean. This is a nice place!
