I went to look at The Park Lane. I like the vibe, feeling of the people, and food. The staff was very good. They had a lot of choices for food, and it tasted good. They have a refrigerator and a microwave. It varies from apartment to apartment. They have balconies. They have a big balcony on the top floor for everyone to use.

The Park Lane is a wonderful place for someone who has memory problems and who needs a lot of help. Because I have someone that I know that has their mother over there and they were very happy with the care that their mother got. The people were very professional, they were pleasant, they were kind. The place is very clean, it feels like a five-star hospital, it's beautiful. They only had a studio apartment available at that time. When we were about to leave, they had a van with people getting out of the van. They have been on a tour. The people looked very happy with their hats and they were guiding them, getting out of the van, walking them to the elevator with a lot of courtesy and kindness. They are wonderful people. The building is far away for someone who was going to have independent living because if the person doesn't drive, and wants to take a walk alone, getting out of the parking lane is difficult. It's not easy to park, the person needs to be walking on the road and very close to the car. If the person is having difficulty walking, it's not for them. I'm a person who likes to walk. We went around and they had nutritious meals, fruits, and vegetables. For the dining room, they arrange it in four in one table, so everybody would feel comfortable.

I visited Park Lane on behalf of my mom. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked how they greeted all the residents by name to say something cheery. The facilities are lovely and the residents seemed active, engaged snd happy. I think my mom also be happy living here and she plans to move in soon.

The Park Lane was really nice. It's a pretty big facility, but they seemed to offer quite a bit there. They have a lot of restrictions and safety measures right now with COVID, but the staff seemed really nice. The place seemed clean, and the grounds were nice. It looked good. They had some pretty good safety protocols in place. It's an older building. There's been a lot of work on it though.

My mom moved into The Park Lane. She is doing the respite care, so she is basically in there for a little while. So far, so good. They keep me informed on what's going on daily. The room is very nice. It's a little studio room. It's a single room occupancy. When her boyfriend and her went down there to do a walkthrough of the place, they provided a meal for them. Their feedback on the food was very good. Right now, activities are limited because of COVID. When I was down there, they had a little band out there for dinner playing music. The staff is very good. They're very pleasant. The facility is very nice. I don't know if you could ever have a perfect staff, but they're pretty close. It's amazing.

My Mother has been at Park Lane for a little over a year. Mother wasn’t sure if she was going to like it here, but after a short time she was convinced that this was the right move for her. Her room is very comfortable, with lots of natural light. She has a very good rapport with staff (Med-Techs). they are doing an amazing job keeping her safe during these crazy times. Thank you!! She really enjoys the different activities, Music, wine tasting, bingo, painting, exercise, just to name a few. The food staff is great, from the wonderful chef to the bus people. The food is off the charts, can’t wait to share another meal with her.

Great staff and accommodations. I visit frequently and am very pleased with the level of care for my mother. Since it has a lot of residents in independent living there are plenty of activities. The building is well maintained and they have recently done some great renovations.

The assistance that we were given when we first visited and decided this was the place that our relative would live, was outstanding. The ladies Marissa and Cynthia were kind and understanding of the hard decisions that we had to make. The grounds are beautiful and the medtechs are terrific and caring. The food is tasty but could be hotter and larger portions. But offers a Great variety. The rooms are open, bright and airy, but like in any establishment sometimes needs attention to detail. Very cozy and offers many activities if you wish to participate.

We've been very impressed with TPL. My mom has been there for about 1 year and we came from another Asst Living home in the bay area. TPL is so much better in many respects. The food quality and selection are much better. The staff ratio to residents is also very good and they are very helpful and pleasant. There are a variety of things for my mom to join each day as well as just take a walk around the property.

The Park Lane's building was nice. They were very nice people. All of the rooms were well-kept. It's a good place to go to if you have that necessity. They had a large dining area and they gave us a free, delicious lunch included in the walk-through. Everything was number one there. They had a lot of activities. It was a great place with anything and everything a person would want and need. The lady showing us around was very polite and knowledgeable about telling us about the place.

I visited The Park Lane and talked to the staff in the office and in the restaurant. They friendly and they're great. The location is convenient to grocery stores and shopping centers, and it has a beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms are very nice and large. There's a nice balcony in each room if you want to go outside, sit in the sun, and look at the ocean.
