I was very impressed with Oak Hill Place and I wish that we could have put my mother-in-law there. I think she would drive there and there's medical staff on-site, and I like that. The apartments were very nice and roomy. The staff were very friendly and answered all our questions; they were accommodating. We saw the dining room which was spacious, nice, and clean. I think they had a sunroom. I like the appearance of the facility, I was impressed. It was quiet and very spacious, she could have gotten around well.

Oak Hill Place looked like a wonderful place. They were having a birthday party for a woman who was 105 when we were there. The staff and the residents were all friendly. The rooms were real nice and decorated. It was a very nice place.

My mom was in Oak Hill Place for a while, now she's back home. We chose it because it's close to where my parents live. It was just a little while and she stayed in assisted living. Overall, it was good. I liked the therapist and the physical therapy that she received. The meals were pretty good. The staff was very nice and helpful. For activities, they did bingo and movements, things like that. The floors just needed polishing and mopping more often, but they did empty the garbage as often as I thought they should in my mom's room.

I like Oak Hill Place. It was clean and seemed well maintained. My wife and I have an appointment to do the assessment for the level of care she's going to need. The staff explained everything and was helpful. We looked at two of the rooms, and they were nice and pretty roomy. They supply drinks, soft drinks, snacks, and things like that, in addition to meals. They had coffee machines. I really don't know how many people they have on staff. I don't know if they have enough staff to take care of all the patients. I really don't know too much about the amenities. We sat down, we had an interview, and she took me on a tour where we looked at a couple of rooms. She pointed out the recreational areas and where they have the snacks and things like that. They do not have a TV or a telephone in their rooms.

I visited Oak Hill Place just a week ago. When you pull in the lot at this other community I visited, it's like going into a village. The streets, the shrubbery, the trees were all trimmed. Oak Hill didn't have any of that. The outside didn't look much, although inside it's good, and the people seemed nice. They seemed to have plenty of people walking around. The girl I talked to was a really nice lady. They had nice, bigger rooms, and they were also clean.

I went to Oak hill Place, it was great, and it's right beside a nursing home, so that helps. They have quite a few activities, so that's good. The staff was very nice, very polite, and was very helpful with the questions I asked. The dining area was nice, the rooms were nice, and they offer quite a bit of activities.
