Putnam Center is a top notch team. From contacting us prior to Mom's arrival to find out about her, to arranging for her needs prior to discharge and everything in between, they were so kind and helpful. Nursing and therapy made all the difference.

The staff at Putnam Center go out of their way to make sure patients are well taken care of. The Therapy Department did an excellent job to provide my dad the rehabilitation he needed to return home.

I felt the people at Putnam Center were not sincere in their efforts to treat their clients. It was not a very clean place, but the dining area and the rooms were OK. The food wasn't wonderful. It's pretty pathetic.

We chose Putnam Center for my sister because of its friendly staff, it is cleaner, per staff they had more people, they have choices between their diet, and they have lots of activities for the residents. It is very nice, and we are really happy with it. She's been there for about a month now. The rooms could be bigger because she is in a room with two people, but they are OK; they are adequate and clean. The staff is very nice. I will be glad to recommend them to anybody.

Right now, my wife's happy, she doesn't want to move. I think Putnam Care is doing a really good job. We're really satisfied. The people are excellent, they're really good and so she's pretty happy there.
