Country Terrace of Wisconsin in Tomahawk (300 Theiler Drive) is a 33 bed assisted living facility that offers a secure and home-like environment for our residents. It is located near medical facilities, as well as numerous shopping, dining and recreational facilities. The facility provides our residents with a warm, dignified and caring atmosphere by recognizing the special needs of each and every resident. We have experienced staff to provide security and supervision at all times with our main goal being to assure each resident of living life to the fullest of their capabilities.

Our Tomahawk facility strives to provide care and services in a manner that the resident is encouraged to move toward functional independence in daily living or to continue functioning as independently as possible.

My mother is in Country Terrace of Wisconsin in Tomahawk. We love it. It's perfect for her. It's set up like a home and not set up to look or smell or feel like an institution. They have bingo, decorations, exercises, healthcare that comes in from the hospital, and a beautician that comes in. She is eating and that can be a problem with her, so they're doing well. The staff is very attentive and very helpful. It's a brand-new facility. She's happy.
