Needed more

Facility was beautifully decorated and clean. Services provided to my relative were minimal however. Luckily, not much help was needed. Communication with the owner and staff was terribly difficult to receive. The only staff member who was an actual nurse, and showed knowledge and concern, was let go. When my relative suffered an on facility broken bone, the only response from the owner, after a week’s time, was to place blame on my relative. The facility experience was fine, but certainly not all we hoped it would be.

My aunt has moved into Vista Pointe Assisted Living. It's very nice and homey. They've got personable and very helpful staff. She seems very comfortable there, and I'm very happy with the service. She has a studio, and they have all sorts of things. They have movies, music, they play games, cards, a big variety of things, a beauty salon, and a therapy room. I have to call and make an appointment when I visit. I haven't tried the food, but she said it's OK.

Mom is in Vista Pointe, and we like it a lot. It's a nice, single-story place with a great atmosphere. She's always clean looking, and well taken care of. They have exercise classes, folk singers, therapy dogs, and something going on every time I go there.

Vista Pointe seems to be fine. We enjoyed a meal there, and the people were very nice. The facility is very nice and clean, and the rooms were nice. Not bad at all. They don't have scheduled activities on the weekends. They have a salon.

Vista Pointe Assisted Living is owned by three nurses. It is a smaller facility. I think they only have 25 residents there, but I saw interaction between the residents and the workers, and it seems like a caring facility. They have a nice open area for people to entertain guests in. The facility seems really nice. I like how it’s so secure. The facility itself looks really well cared for.
