My mother lived at Serenity Villa for about a year and a half. She received the best care! If ever there was any kind of problem, it was taken care of immediately. It is hard for people to care for themselves for so long and have such a change where people (strangers) are now caring for them. However that soon was a thing of the past. She became very close to all her caregivers and was very happy. When the time came to needing hospice she was able to stay in her same room and her recliner right up to the end. We were blessed with a beautiful photo album of all the many things she participated in while there. We will cherish this forever. I would highly recommend Serenity Villa as a very caring facility.

My father was a resident of Serenity Villa for the 2nd half of 2020 and we can't say enough about how grateful we were for his excellent care. He required a significant amount of attention due to worsening health conditions and we would be on the phone frequently to discuss setbacks or problems. The staff at Serenity were caring, helpful, communicative and collaborative throughout. He had been happy and respected. It's never easy to see a loved one move into assisted living, but they made it a positive experience. His room was clean, he liked the food, and his medical care from the nurses great. Highly recommend Serenity Villa.

Having my dad at Serenity Villa Assisted Living has worked out so far. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. His room is very nice, and the place itself is very clean and the people are friendly and caring. His room is also clean, a nice size and it's well-maintained.

My dad moved into Serenity Village Assisted Living, and our experience so far has been fine. The staff seems to work well with him, and the services and care is fine. There are 4 buildings there and each building has a different number, and they all hold about 24 residents. The living atmosphere is very open, they do a lot as a community. It is a big open-concept building, its got a big entertainment room, activity room, music hall, a living room and theres a big patio at the back. Theyve got plenty of room for all the items they have there, the rooms were clean and up-to-date. In the morning they have an exercise group, and during the day they play cards or bingo, or they have a bible study class on Fridays and all the different activities they do. They also have mini trips where they go out to places at times. Its been fine overall. I would advise other people looking for a senior community to find people who are willing to work with the elderly, and not put up with nonsense or people who arent friendly. My dad is in the memory care level here, and has been for a couple of months now. The staff does everything that they need to do, and they work hard. The facilities are fairly new and nice, and the activities seem to keep the residents busy. In terms of value for the money, its very comparable.

Serenity Villa was very nice; I have a friend whose mother is there. The only thing he has against it is that they don't have enough activities for the people. The apartments were very nice. We had a little bit of lunch, and the food was good. She seemed very happy there.

Serenity Villa is a very nice place. They gave us a very nice tour and offered a lot of information. They could answer all of our questions. The rooms are of nice size. The dining room was very nice but we didn't try the food. They have a cook on staff that prepares the meals and snacks.

Serenity Villa is willing to try and give my mom the care that she needs and we like the place. There is a big patio with plants and a garden. It is very homey. The dining room is perfect and there is a place for everybody there. The meal is fine. The staff seems very friendly. They seem involved and engaged with the residents. However, I would like to see an increase in staff ratio as well as more staff training with a greater respect for the residents also.
