The tour I had at Terrace Place was good. The staff was friendly and more than helpful. The rooms were nice. They had bigger windows, so there was a lot of natural light. The one downside was that in some of the areas, some of the hallways were too narrow and not very accommodating to people in wheelchairs. They offered a variety of meals and homemade snacks. They had community areas where they would do their activities, different events, and appointments for the services that they offered and for people who have certain specialties like audiologists and things like that. They showed a schedule of events, some that were smaller scale within the facility, and some were some type of excursions.

Terrace Place is a very beautiful place. Both the full apartments and the studio apartments are very spacious. The staff is very friendly and very caring. The food is great. Everything is good. My mother is in assisted living. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They have a lot of activities if you want to go to them. They have religious services for the people and outings. She's in a studio and they have a microwave and a little apartment-sized refrigerator. The full apartment that they showed us had a microwave, a stove, and a big refrigerator.

Terrace Place is a very nice place. The lady that took me on the tour was very good. She showed me three different apartments within the building. The facilities are very nice, and I was very pleased with the overall setting of it. Everyone is very friendly. It's a friendly atmosphere with lots of space. It's a very nice facility, and I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were finishing their lunch when I got there, so I missed out on that. The dining area was very nice and spacious. They also have rooms that are like bigger for when you want to have a birthday party for your loved one; they have space for that. The grounds are very nice. One of the apartments I looked at also had a balcony, which would give you great views. You'd be able to sit right up to your own apartment. You can have fresh air definitely in the outdoors, and I enjoyed that also. I really liked it very much. The only drawback is we need a walk-in shower and not all of their apartments offer that (some have tubs). They were gonna try to make that happen for us.

Terrace Place was the nicest place we looked at. It was beautiful, very well kept and very clean. They have doctors there and nurses. The food looked good, too. They had a regular person who would help when you come down to look at the place. They take you to a special room and show you what's going on and all that. The place looked very clean, in very good condition, and looked very friendly. The people were outside walking around. It just seemed like a very nice place. I just can't afford it.

We're moving my mom to Terrace Place. We've chosen them because they're very nice, easy to work with, and very, very friendly. They found a perfect apartment for her because she has macular degeneration. They found a nice apartment right across from the dining room, so that will work out good. Looks like they have lots of activities too. We didn't personally experience the food, but we talked to a couple of residents who said the food was good. Everything just went so smoothly. I didn't know what I was doing and they were very helpful, patient, and answered all our questions. The admission people were accessible, like they are all right there, and you can find them easily. The facility was extremely clean as well. They were in the middle of cleaning the room when we got there, and they were doing a really good, and a very thorough job with that.

We picked the Terrace Place for my mom because she had a friend that was living there, so they both now are living in the same facility again. So far everything has been good, so I didn't have any issues. It's actually really nice; it's an extra-large studio, with a small kitchenette, and it's safe, they make everything really safe, and there's enough faucets. They usually have activities everyday, but right now with Covid, they had to discontinue those temporarily. It's pretty easy, they have several entrances depending on where your apartment is. We really liked the layout, and it worked for her.

The Director told us once mom moved in she would never have to move again. That was 6 years ago. A few months ago mom passed away and the same Director was holding her hand. The staff truly become apart of your family. The kindness and compassion surrounds everyone that comes to Terrace Place. It becomes home. They made mom special meals and took an interest in her likes and dislikes. Every effort was made to fulfill all the promises made the day we signed a lease. The entire experience was positive for all of us. We could sleep at night knowing our mother was cared for.

My grandma started off as an independent person here. She was still cleaning and cooking and even driving on her own. Once her health got worse we just added care for her and the caregivers would come up to her apartment and everything. They are all so sweet to her. She has lots of fun doing the games and enjoys the big meals! Thanks for everyones hard work here.
