I like how Cambridge Senior Living Rice Lake took a lot of time to explain their services and how they operate. They also let us do a guest lunch with the potential residents and family residents (that is, a lunch with other residents). I like their concept, the way that they laid out the separate units, and the openness in the common areas for people to gather both informally and formally. They walked us through things that are new to a family, and something you might deal with once in your life, where they're dealing with it every day. They are very patient explaining how it works. The food was very good.

We chose Cambridge Senior Living because of availability and it's a very nice, well kept up place. My mother seems very happy with the amenities and programs. They do a lot of activities for the residents, and she stays pretty active. Everything seems to be put together. They have individual rooms, and they have good staff. It's brand new. She said the food is very good.
