My mother is in Lasata Senior Living Campus. I haven't been able to go inside at all, but she's happy there. I chose that location because it's centrally located to her family. Right now she's in a single room, but she'll be moving to a double room. They have activities, they have outings, and indoor gaming. She will also be involved in therapy. They have a courtyard that has benches, they have plenty of parking, and stuff like that. The staff has been really good and helpful. The place looks nice from the outside, it's not a new building, but they've done some remodeling inside.

Lasata only had a small amount of memory care. They were very friendly, very nice, and very well organized, but it wasn’t a good match for when a patient gets worse and needs different types of memory care. They sounded very nice, very enthusiastic, and well trained. They had a bike that one of the staff members could ride around with a couple of residents sitting in the front. It seemed like they are always looking for different things to do. I was there for a little while, and everybody seemed happy. It was very pretty.

Lasata was brand new, clean, and very appealing. I liked it a lot. The person was very informative and very nice. They had daily activities and programs. The dining area looked fine. They had a full beauty salon that did manicures, hair, and sometimes have a day for free manicures. It was very comfortable.

Lasata was a great place. I would probably move my mother there, but the way they set up the payments was not advantageous for the family. However, it was a very nice facility. I liked that they were not just assisted living and had memory care and the next level beyond assisted living. So, if you got older and could not be by yourself in the assisted living, they had those care facilities right on the same campus. It was nice and out in the country with very nice sceneries. Everything was well maintained, and the staff was very nice and seemed qualified.

Lasata Crossings has independent and assisted living in two separate buildings. The assisted living was updated and the rooms were marvellous, clean, beautiful, home like and well kept. The staff in both areas is very attentive. They invited us for lunch and they had good food. The independent living section is a bit older but they are in the process of remodelling each apartment. The apartments are spacious and clean. It's a fabulous facility. The staff is well educated, they shared with me their backgrounds. They have a lot of activities for everyone. They don't have a high turnover rate because they're very nice but you have to live in Ozaukee County to transfer there.
