We went to Kenosha Senior Living and we have chosen there for our grandmother to stay. They're going to send someone next week to assess her, and after that she will be moving in. It was a very warm and welcoming community. I liked that she would have her own room. It was very clean and they were finishing up lunch when we got there, and the food smelled really good. They said that they have a personal chef, so that was really good to know. The activities director was there and we got to talk to her, and she was really nice. They were playing card games after lunch, so we got to see that and that was really nice. It's just really good to know that she will be able to have her own private room and private shower and toilet area and everything, and that she'll be able to have more people to be able to talk to. It was spacious and they had a library, a puzzle area, and an arts activity area.

Kenosha Senior Living has a pleasant staff. It wasn't as clean as I'd like it to have been. They showed us the community room. We were able to see the kitchen, the patio and outdoor sitting area or patio area. The staff seemed very good and friendly. There's room for improvement.

I have a dear friend at this facility. I have seen the management of this facility deteriorate over the past 4 years. The aides do what they can, however, there is little to no supervision on site. The facility is also not secure - anyone can come and go at any time. The food choices are limited and they do not do a very good job of accomodating dietary restrictions; low sodium/low sugar etc. They have very limited activities and weekends they are non-existent. If you have a loved one who needs more assistance I would not recommend this facility as they do not staff adequately to support the residents.

Kenosha Senior Living was really nice and clean. The staff was good. The rooms were nice and clean. The location of the facility was nice because it's right in the middle of town.

Kenosha had two wings. The apartments looked large and newer, but the rug was outdated and crappy. The staff was informative.

the staff was friendly, some nurses seemed more interested in getting outside for a cigarette break. the amenities were newer- however not kept up very well. wallpaper torn, carpets stained, no foul odors were noticed. the rooms were nice, and seemed that the facilties safetey measures and call lights were appropriate. overall i would recommend this as one of the nicer assisted living facilites that i would feel safe sending a family member to. activities were readily available to keep residents active. the grounds are nicely kept and is very aesthetically appealing from the exterior

I visit my grandmother at this facility as often as I can. The location is nice, as it is close to her old home and friends. The facility looks good on the outside with the lawn and gardening but the inside looks a bit old and out dated. It also smelled kinda funny. The staff is nice to me when I visit, but I do not believe my grandmother cares for them much. I mostly feel this is because she misses the privacy of her own home. She has made some friends there, which I think has helped her adjust to the facility. I think it would be nice if they offered more appealing activities for her to participate in. Overall, it seems like an ok facility, but it could definitely use some updates. The only thing that really matters though, is that she is comfortable there. I think overall, that she is.

My Mom has been at Harmony for several years and I couldn't be happier. The staff are some of the most caring people I have ever known. Their patience and great sense of humor make evan the most difficult situation bearable.. The management is very helpful and easy to communicate with. The food is great and the activities are fun for the residents. When the time comes that I have to go to assisted living, this is where I want to go. You can't find a better facility than harmony. Above all, what is obvious every day is that the staff love and care for the residents.

One thing we have enjoyed since my mother has been a resident at Harmony of Kenosha is their wonderful caring staff. My mother has been a resident for 4 years and it is so nice to come in and see the same smiling faces. The management and staff are always ready to answer questions or help out with a concern. I recommend this home for any elderly person. I just wish we would have had my father here before he passed away. Kudos to Harmony of Kenosha!

This assisted living facility is one of the best places for our loved ones. Extremely neat and tidy, it offers lot of services including physicians in the plan of care. The staff was very gracious and took us on a tour, despite not having an appointment. This facility seemed very much like a place for vacationing, where seniors can really enjoy this time of their lives. The dining areas offered great restaurant style ambiance and lots of food options. The lunch we saw looked and smelled delicious. Snacks are offered all day and into the evening, and whenever requested. They keep the residents engaged and busy as not to become lonely and isolated, Seems to be a lovely facility. Nice rooms, plenty of planned activities and events, and additional "common rooms" on the various floors with puzzles, games, computers, etc. The activities were much more thought out than the other assisted living facilities I have been to.The residents may take exercise classes such as yoga and aerobics. They may also enjoy the walk ways around the building and courtyard along with their pets. The seniors are encouraged to enjoy physical activity as much as possible.This is a nicely designed assisted living facility that we could see is enjoyed by the residents, who are very well taken care of by professional, respectful and caring staff
